Super Aufenthalt

Positiv: Ich war mit meinem Teenager Sohn zum Wandern dabei. Gute Ausstattung in der Küche und im Badezimmer, ruhige Lage, unweit von Wanderwegen. Sogar ein Gemeinschaftsraum mit Billiard zum Spielen (kostenlos) vorhanden. Freundliches Personal mit akzeptablen Deutschkenntnissen.

Negativ: Alles war gut. Kein Grund zum Raunzen. Ich frage mich ob es Residence oder Resistance heißen soll? Ist da ein Wortspiel dabei oder nur ein Tippfehler / Autocorrect?

The stay was cozy and pleasant, though the check-in/out rules shortened the experience.

Positiv: I really liked that the place was very clean, well-organized, with great attention to small details. We were welcomed very warmly and with a smile. The location is very quiet and peaceful, and the mountain air is wonderful and fresh! The apartment is spacious, perfect for large groups of people! The bathroom was fantastic! 🥰

Negativ: I didn’t like that the check-in was only from 4:00 p.m., and if a guest wants to check in earlier, they have to pay €5 for each hour until the actual check-in time. At the same time, check-out is between 11:00/11:00 a.m., which feels a bit unfair considering the price for one night’s stay! So, our stay is actually 19 hours, not 24 hours as it should be.🧐

Positiv: Great value for the money. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, kitchen was equipped with everything you need for a short stay. We stayed here twice on our way to Croatia and on the way back and it was great choice. Free parking lot on provided on site.

Good option even for bigger groups, clean and modern apartments

Positiv: We booked 3 apartments for a big group of 15 adults and 3 children. The rooms were spacious and clean, the host who waited for us was very kind and helpful. The price is affordable.

Negativ: The bathrooms are huge, but for such a big apartment it would be better to have at least a separate toilet. The kitchen equipment was a bit limited, no microwave.

Short stay in Wienn

Positiv: Nice area. Lovely for some spring , summer walks. Quite a few seats outside to enjoy the sun. The apartment was good. All clean and comfy. Warm on those cold winter days.

Negativ: The only downside was a missing TV, but it wasn't advertised so no one to blame.

All in all we had what we needed, the location is easily accessed and the staff is responsive to our needs.

Positiv: It’s a big property with playground for kids and space to sit outside. The apartment it self is simple. The staff were friendly and responsive and provided us with baby beds even late at night.

Negativ: The kitchen could have some more utensils, but we managed with what was available. Also, we thought there is only one apartment and the garden, but it’s a condominium of 5 tops that share the outdoor area. Which wasn’t an issue at all, but it wasn’t clear to us at first.

Positiv: Nice place to stay for a night. Kids can play on playground. Big room with all we needed, comfy beds.
