Positiv: Richtig geiles apartament preis leistung top 10 Nächstes mal mit parkplatz war lange nicht in wien parkplatz suche richtig schlimm 1.5 km zu fuss 🤣🤣🤣

positive Überraschung - römischer EINSER !

Positiv: Wunderbar - guter Kaffee und bio Milch im Kühlschrank sehr sauber bestes Preis/leistungsverhältnis netter Vermieter gute Lage - mit Öffis sofort im Zentrum gerne wieder!!! werde es weiterempfehlen!

Very nice stay.

Positiv: Well equiped overall and comfortable. A bit far from the city but extremely well connected. A tram station right across the street and S bahn closeby. Spar supermarket right across the street too. Apartment spacious and well equiped. They left some coffee pods wich was very nice. Communication with the host was very easy and effective. Last night of my stay the neighblrs made some noise but stopped at the designated time.

Negativ: Maybe it could use a microwave to say something but it was very good overall.

Positiv: Clean and comfortable apartment, located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Supermarket Spar accross the street. There's a tram station 2 minutes away and a bus station 5 minutes away. The underground is a bit further, 10-15 minutes on foot. There is a parking space right in front of the building and the price (15€/day) is not high. Good communication with the host via Whatsapp.

Negativ: It was quite hot, so we would have liked to have air conditioning.

Positiv: The apartmant has a good vibe. Comfortable couch, with big smart TV. Cool lighting. It has a train station and a Spar near to it. Free parking.

Negativ: The door which locked the apartmant directly was a little sketchy (the locks felt weak), if I were the owner I'd upgrade that. The coridor's main door was fine and secure, but if your neighbour leave that one open it dosent feels safe in there.

Positiv: Příjemné ubytování v retro stylu, které odpovídá popisu i fotkám. Je to v druhém patře, je zde výtah a parkování před domem extra zvlášť. Naproti je supermarket Spar a skvělá dostupnost do centra. Pod domem je rybí obchod, trochu se cítilo na chodbě v domě,ale nic, čím by měl být člověk znepokojen. Spousta místa, pohodlné postele, Carlos velmi milý a příjemný. Naprosto vyhovuje popisu a vřele doporučuji.

Positiv: Дуже охайна квартира, зручні кровать і диван, чисті рушники і постілна білизна, на кухні є весь необхідний посуд, в квартирі було дуже тепло. Вайфай та великий телевізор - все працювало бездоганно, господар був завжди на зв'язкую Зручне розташування - поруч трамвайна зупиинка

Negativ: Нам попалися шумні сусіди, яки не давали спати всю ніч.
