"Vintage&Chill" - Vienna's delight near Hauptbahnhof

Positiv: Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos, ist sehr geräumig und groß, sauber und gepflegt. Äußerst gemütlich.

Negativ: Der Eingangsbereich ist wirklich gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber wenn man einmal durch ist, ist die Wohnung an sich einwandfrei!

Positiv: Es war eine sehr schöne ruhige Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist super günstig, nicht weit vom Bahnhof - 2 Haltestellen und 10 min bis zum Stefanplatz. Bis zur U-Bahn Rheumannplatz sind 350 m zu Fuß. In der Quellenstrasse sind S-Bahnen. Es gibt einige Supermärkte in der Nähe und einen tollen Bazar jeden Tag. Alles ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Auch viele Cafés und Geschäfte überall. Ich war 5 Tage in dieser Wohnung und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, freundlich, hilfsbereit, hat sich um alles gut gekümmert und alle Fragen schnell beantwortet. Ich würde diese Wohnung wieder buchen, wenn ich wieder in Wien bin und werde sie sehr gerne weiter empfehlen! Herzlichen Dank für diese Unterkunft!

Positiv: Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat reibungslos funktioniert

Negativ: Der Zugang zur Haustüre war gewöhnungsbedürftig

Positiv: Dies ist eine der besten Wohnungen, in denen ich je gewesen bin, und ich habe schon in vielen Wohnungen übernachtet. Sauber, alles, alles, alles perfekt👍👍👍👍👍

Positiv: Es war eine Toplage. Wohnung sehr sauber und sehr gut. Leider habe ich von booking.com den falschen Code erhalten, aber nach einem Anruf beim Wohnungsvermieter welcher mir den richtigen Code gegeben hat (Wohunungsvermieter hat mir sehr gut geholfen,war also nicht sein Fehler) hat alles bestens geklappt

Positiv: It s my 2nd time booking this property. I liked the most the living room, equipped with a large TV , access to Netflix/Prime/YouTube, spacious cool sofas but also the bedroom, In wich I had a very good sleep. +++++ Very fast and good Heating system during winter

Negativ: No bad points . Everything perfect.

Positiv: The room is comfortable and quiet. The renovation is not the freshest, but the room is very clean. The room has a simply wonderful huge and very comfortable bed. The hosts are very attentive

Negativ: Unfortunately, for some unknown reason, the stove did not work.But you can safely do with a microwave. It is a pity that all the curtains on the windows in the room were damaged. This spoiled the impression of the room.

Comfortable, well equipped apartment for three people near Vienna Main Station.

Positiv: We stayed 6 nights. Location is good, near the Main Station like 15 min walk, the apartment is very clean and comfortable. It is very well equipped with everything you need to cook something simple. All the appliances worked perfectly and there was a hair dryer in the bathroom! Heating system was great and simple to use, there was soap and shampoo as well and plenty of toilet paper for the entire stay. The bed was great and the sofa was comfortable to sleep on, it can accommodate a third guest without problems. Nicely decorated, curtains blocked the light from outside pretty well. The building was quiet, even there were families with children living in it they were respectful of the quiet hours. All in all, a very good choice for long stays when you need to be near the HBF and take a train or an airport transfer.

Negativ: Although the apartment was well furnished and comfortable, the kitchen curtains smelled somehow like cigarette smoke. It was not very strong but it bothered us a little when entering the apartment. The entrance and 'backyard area' was derelict, full of construction trash and old broken furniture. There is a kind of food deposit for a nearby restaurant and the workers bring in fresh meat in containers which are dripping on the yard floor, bringing thousands of flies (keep your windows closed) The trash from the apartments piled up during the week and a lot of rats visited in the evening, so be careful when leaving the apartment after 19 or you might step on one. There are also many doves that poo around the window sill. The apartment is great inside, but you might need to turn a blind eye towards the surroundings and the entrance.

Positiv: Host was great. Accommodation was great, just like on pictures, everything was there. It is really close to metro station (7min walk).

Negativ: The ‘construction’ site wasn’t really a construction site, it is very very unpleasant to walk in building which is inside the buildings. It is too dirty, and too dark, lots of mouses and rats walking around.. All that is not what can host solve, but need to be exactly explained in details.

Positiv: 13’ minutes away from Vienna Central Station, beautiful apartment, big and cozy
