Positiv: Netter Kontakt! Für uns die perfekte Lage direkt neben dem Krankenhaus. Nette Seitengasse, in guter Gegend. Gute Infrastruktur, gute Anbindung, gute Erreichbar mit dem Auto, der Bahn und Straßenbahn. Schöner Spielplatz in 5 - 8 Gehminuten.

Negativ: Die Betten waren uns zu weich, aber wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder. Ein paar kleine Macken, über die man hinwegsehen kann.

Positiv: This is a whole house for your private use, so you don’t have to deal with noise from neighbors behind the walls. The check-in process was easy and convenient. There is enough space for four people to stay comfortably. One of the bedrooms is especially cozy, with a fireplace, a sofa, and a workspace. The house has Wi-Fi. There is always a parking spot available near the house. I assume the place is much more pleasant in summer than in winter, when we visited. The owner answers quickly.

Negativ: In December, the house was quite cold due to heat loss. The house is rather old, and the photos on Booking look better than the actual condition. The light in the bathroom didn’t work. A washing machine was listed in the amenities, but in reality, there was none. Also, some basic care for guests was missing, such as trash bags or tea.

Positiv: the whole house at your disposal with its own backyard and parking. shops and tram stop nearby. The apartment is excellent in terms of price and quality. In the tobacco shop for 8€ you can buy a 24-hour pass for all types of transport. the internet is normal.

Negativ: The house has some minor non-critical issues, the biggest being the lack of a shower curtain.

Relatively good stay

Positiv: In our case the location was extremely good. The property is a good but it seems that is not so well maintained. Some very simple things are annoying (missing cover of the swith for the lights and some contacts). It is warm inside. There is a back yard with barbecue, so depends of the period you could stay outside.

Negativ: There is no washing machine which could be a problem if you stay longer. It is good to leave some staff in the kitchen (capsules for coffee, bottle of vinegar, oil). I am saying that, because we arrived in Sunday and everything were closed. In the bathroom there is no catch-water, there's a lot of water when you take a bath. The pictures published are old.

Positiv: Csendes környék, tágas helységek. A villamos megállóhelye sétatávra, több nevezetesség is elérhető átszállás nélkül.

Negativ: A parkolás fizetős, vagy előre megvásárolt jeggyel, vagy mobil App-on.

Positiv: La taille du logement, la place de parking et le quartier. Les aménagements sont pratiques. La proximité des transports en commun

Kis ház nyugodt környezetben

Positiv: Aranyos ház, kellemes környezetben. Kisgyermekkel fontos volt, hogy ne zavarjanak és mi se zavarjunk másokat - ez itt teljesült.

Negativ: Měl své mouchy (spínač v koupelně a další drobnosti) ale na pohodlí to nemělo žádný vliv.

Positiv: Ubytovanie blízko ortopedickej nemocnice, blízko zastávka električky, vlastný dvor, parkovanie vo dvore

Negativ: Voda tiekla veľmi pomaly cez sprchu My máme radi tvrdé matrace, tu boli však mäkké, ale toto nepočítam ako mínus
