Positiv: Location - near public transport that was able to get us nearly anywhere and ran late into the evening Terrace and rooftop room - great views and perfect to hang out in Great communication - particularly easy to check in and out Incredibly clean

Negativ: It was a little cramped for eight people. The fold out beds were not so large but it is definitely manageable and well worth it

Great place on great location

Positiv: Gorgeous duplex apartment, on great location. This was one of the best equipped apartments I have ever been. You have everything you need, from new dish sponge to new shampoo, coffee etc. Heating is excellent, we traveled with 9 months baby, floor heating was very convenient because of the baby crawling. Self check in great organized. Communication with the place is good as well.

Negativ: Cleaning could be better, especially for the fee you pay. Carpets are old and dirty, need to be washed. Maybe some whitewash of walls could be done as well, because the place like that deserves to be perfectly maintained. Overall I highly recommend this place.

Viena este totdeauna o locatie incantatoare

Positiv: Sejur foarte placut. Apartamentul bine situat langa gara Frantz Joseph. Magazine in imprejurimi si locuri de luat masa. Se ajunge in 25- 30 min in centru pe jos. Zona foarte curata si sigura. Apartamentul foarte bine dotat si elegant situat pe doua niveluri cu scara interioara. Cele doua dormitoare sunt situate fiecare la cate un etaj avand si grupul sanitar corespunzator. O vedere admirabila de pe terasa. Parcarea se face intr-un garaj din apropiere

Negativ: Cred ca un sistem de echilibrat temperatura intre etaj si primul nivel ar fi necesar , sus este prea cald in timp ce jos temperatutra este acceptabila. In baile de sus incalzirea in pardoseala functioneaza la temperatura prea inalta si cred ca se pierde energie fara rost

Positiv: Appartamento molto accogliente e spazioso con tutto il necessario. Un minuto a piedi dal tram, 4 minuti dalla metro. Un minuto dal market. L appartamento ha 4 bagni, di cui due con doccia.

Negativ: La non possibilità di lasciare i bagagli. Abbiamo dovuto pagare per lasciarli presso un negozio.
