Völlig unkomplizierte Check-In/Out, Ausstattung des Appartements dem Preis entsprechend, Top-Lage

Positiv: Top Lage in der Innenstadt, Hofreitschule um die Ecke, Kohlmarkt, Kärntner Straße und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken. Appartement sauber und gepflegt, Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher vorhanden, Betten sind sehr bequem.

Negativ: Beschreibung, wie das Appartement im Gebäude zu finden ist, etwas konfus - im selben Palais sind nämlich mehrere Unterkünfte von (offenbar verschiedenen) Anbietern untergebracht und die Beschreibung, die vor Anreise gegeben wird, ist etwas chaotisch. Gemeinschaftsdusche und WC im Halbstock - um dorthin zu gelangen, muss man über einen langen Gang gehen was in der Nacht und nach der Dusche nicht angenehm ist, da noch dazu im selben Stockwerk in diesem Gang auch eine Schneiderei und eine Lebensberatung angesiedelt sind. In der Dusche deutlicher Schimmelgeruch, deshalb sind offenbar die Fenster permanent gekippt - nur für (zukünftige) EistaucherInnen kein Problem.

Hat alles gepasst für den Preis.

Positiv: Zentrumsnah, Zimmer sauber, gutes Bett, sehr ruhig. Gute Beschreibung um ins Zimmer zu kommen. Sehr guter Preis.

Negativ: Das Toilette und Bad außerhalb des Zimmers. Für den Preis aber völlig ok.

We checked out in the morning. Our luggage remained in the storage room until the evening. It was a great option for us.

Positiv: The owner of the house responded quickly and the location of the house was very good.

Good value for the money you pay, and super central!

Positiv: The accommodation is right in the city center. It was so nice to just go downstairs and be in the city center. The room was clean and spacious. Considering the price per night, it was good value!

Negativ: The bathroom is separated from the room. It is one corridor and some stairs away, and the shower is not exactly nice. The drain is very slow and it smells a bit. I showered with my flip flops on because the ground was a bit dirty. This being said, me and my partner would book this room again in spite of the discomfort with the bathroom as it was very cheap and super central! :)

Positiv: Location is the best . couldn't be better just at the historical center of Vienna. You feel so safe that you extend your time out if you are by your own.

Negativ: That is not an apartment as published . It is just a room so your plan packing or for the overnight may change a bit because there is no a glass for water or hairdryer etc. To be known when packing or planning the night.

Positiv: Sin duda alguna, la ubicación. Nos alojamos allí, precisamente, por eso. Está en pleno centro, justo enfrente de la Biblioteca Nacional y a 4-5' andando de la Ópera Estatal. No es un apartamento en sí, sino una habitación en un pasillo de oficinas. Muy limpia y tiene una pequeña nevera y un hervidor de agua. Con temperaturas tan bajas, la habitación está súper calentita. La cama es cómoda. El suelo está enmoquetado (a tener en cuenta por alérgicos). Hay una mesa y una sola silla, si sois dos, la otra persona se ha de sentar en la cama. Pero resaltar la ubicación, que fue nuestro motivo de elección por este alojamiento.

Negativ: Ya viene en las condiciones del alojamiento, por tanto, es sabido antes de llegar. El baño se encuentra al final del pasillo, lo compartes con otra habitación y, tal y como nos pasó a nosotros, al llegar estaba abierto, con acceso a las personas de las oficinas. Y otro detalle a tener en cuenta, si subes en ascensor has de cruzar el pasillo de un pequeño hotel para llegar a la habitación. Pero por la tarde-noche las puertas del pasillo de ese hotel están cerradas, lo que te obliga a subir por las escaleras (importante para perdonas con movilidad reducida).

Ubicación insuperable, muy tranquilo

Positiv: Muy buen alojamiento que se encuentra al lado del Hofburg. La habitación es sencilla y tranquila. La ubicación es un atributo muy relevante y la relación precio calidad es buena, teniendo en cuenta que tiene un baño compartido

Negativ: Puede ser un poco complejo llegar pero debe tener en cuenta que está ubicado en un edificio histórico, palacio Palfi. En el apartamento, que tenía un hervidor de agua y un refrigerador frigobar, echamos en falta no tener un par de tazas, platos y servicios para tomar una taza de té

Positiv: Posizione perfetta, pulito. Personale disponibile.

Negativ: Accesso alla struttura un po’ complicato, bagno in comune distante dalla camera da letto nel mezzanino delle scale del palazzo.

Очень приятный хостел!

Positiv: Очень приятный хостел! Немножко запутались как найти ключи, но персонал помог нам. Расположение хостела потрясающее - находится в самом центре, все достопримечательности находятся в шаговой доступности. Номер чистый и уютный.
