Positiv: Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, ruhig und zentral. Es war alles da!

Positiv: Schade, schon vorbei Könnte länger in dem Appartement bleiben. Das Haus ist alt und mit Sichetheit auch ein wenig kalt, aber die Wohnung ist super renoviert. Alles ist vorhanden. Ich werde die Adresse mit Sicherheit weitetempfehlen.

Positiv: Very good location, quiet appartment. The host was very friendly and the appartment was well equiped.

Super clean, comfortable and warm, in a safe area which is quite closed to the centre

Positiv: The apartment is very clean, comfortable ,spacious and cosy, it’s very warm as well, in a very safe neighbourhood. All the shops are within 5 minutes walk, Westbahnhof station is only 6 minutes walk away, and it only takes 2, 3 stops to the city centre. Irina is extremely friendly and helpful. She was very flexible for my check in and check out times. Highly recommended.

Negativ: No! The only thing is, it’s not in the city centre, it only takes 10, 15 minutes to get to the centre, which didn’t bother me at all

Positiv: Everything is perfect. Nice and peaceful location, clean, and you just need to bring your personal belongings with you. All the cleaning, laundry, and kitchen equipment is available. The owner also super nice and gives you detailed information about everything you need.

Positiv: Irine contacted us before our visit to Vienna and gave us all the information how we can find the apart very detailed. She met with us on the property in check-in gave us the keys and instructions. The apart was very near, jıust 150 metres away from Tram lines 52 and 60; 3 stops to the Westbahnof. You can find many markets, shops, restaurant, cafes around Westbahnhof. You can also take U3 Metro which is only 3 stops to Center of Wien, Stephensplatz. Take tram 60 to visit Schönbrunn Palace. The property had everything we needed, washing machine, dish washer, oven, electric kettle and coffe machine, full size refrigerator, all kithchen utensils and independent heating. We really very happy with the room and the environment, location. Most probably we will stay here again in our future Vienna visit. Many thanks Irine. Positiv: Close to the metro stations. Clean. The bed is comfortable. Lots of appliances. Irena is very helpful. The space is nicely decoreted.

Positiv: A great little flat, squeaky-clean, in a side street within easy walking distance of Westbahnhof, with excellent connections by tram, underground and bus. The house is old and a bit dilapidated, but the flat has been delightfully done up. Thouroughly recommend this place.

Negativ: Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Positiv: We had a great stay at the apartment. The hostess warmly welcomed us and provided assistance before and throughout our stay. The apartment is spacious, tidy, and equipped with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed resting there after a long day exploring beautiful Vienna. Besides the ample space the amenities, the laundry, and the renovated bathroom, we also appreciated the Viennese decorative touches like the armchairs, lamps, and other items that added to the city's ambiance. Also, the apartment is very close to the city center by using public transportation. We highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Vienna and would choose it again in the future. Positiv: Very spacious apartment, better than at pictures. Perfect location, easy to get from the airport, 20 minutes of pleasant walk to the heart of Vienna. You are provided with everything you usually have at your own home. Laaarge bed!! The owner is extremely nice and helpful.
