I recommend this apartment, it is quite comfortable. I wish the Wi-Fi connection was better.

Positiv: The location is quite good, 3 minutes' walk to the metro station. There are many shops nearby. It takes 15 minutes to reach the city center. The communication with the owner is great- we got the answers via WhatsApp within a minute, thank you!

Negativ: Very poor Wi-Fi connection - my son had to use his cell phone`s internet connection to do his homework. You need to fill out a very detailed form with extensive data for each guest to register.

Excellent option value for money!

Positiv: A cozy clean apartment with all nessessory equipment (even more). Close to city center, with several options for parking. Nice benefit was coffee machine with coffee beans. It makes great coffee! Easy to check-in. I would be happy to choose this place for my next stop in Vienna.

Positiv: Excellent apartment! It was very clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The coffee machine (with coffee included!) was a wonderful bonus. Great communication with the host and a very smooth check-in. Highly recommended for a stress-free trip!

A nice base when exploring Vienna.

Positiv: Comfortable beds in a nicely furnished apartment. 3 min to U1 metro stop. 10 min to town.

Negativ: The WiFi network was not working properly, which meant we were unable to stream programs on the TV. As a positive, we spent more time talking:)

Very clean, very new, very well situated

Positiv: The house is few minutes from the underground station conveniently on the red line which brings you directly to the city center. The flat was very clean with all amenities which you may need. Everything seemed very new. I hope it remains as new and clean as this as long as possible. We will definitely rent this apartment again.

Amazing! Recommended!

Positiv: Everything was great. The apartment even has a balcony. I thought the sofa bed was a double bed, but as far as I could tell it wasn't. Which was fine either way, because we were only three. Also a fully equipped kitchen.

Negativ: Location is not the best. Even though it's close to a metro station which is 10min from the center, the neighborhood has very few restaurants and the surroundings are a bit shady. Still, we have no actual evidence of anything happening.
