Positiv: Tolle Wohnung in einer sehr schönen Gegend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Negativ: Gastgeber war bei Frage zum Checkout lange nicht erreichbar.

Sehr gute Lage, großzügige Wohnung, ÖPNV vor der Türe, Essen und Einkaufen fussläufig

Positiv: Lage und Anbindung an ÖPNV, gute Betten, mehrere Handtücher p.P.

Negativ: Dusche defekt, Schlauch gebrochen, Birne in Tischlampe defekt

Positiv: Die Lage hat mir sehr gut gefallen, nahe an der U1 und Straßenbahn. Restaurants gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Apartment ist sehr groß mit einem Eßbereich und Wohnzimmer, neben dem Schlafzimmer. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Positiv: Sehr schöne Wohnung und zentral gelegen. Wir konnten alles ohne öffentliche Verkehrsmittel erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Comfortable, well located apartment. Great for a short stay.

Positiv: The apartment is spacious, clean, quiet and well laid out. A couple of glitches were quickly sorted out by the owner who responded very quickly. The bed was comfortable as were the couches in the lounge area and the dining area was fine. The kitchen is well supplied with tableware and implements but the pans were all too big, especially the frying pan and a pair of scissors would have been useful, and probably some paper towels. A city plan would have been handy. It was easy to use and served our needs well. Nice to have a bath as well as a shower. The apartment is well situated and instructions for reaching it were good. The centre is easily reached by U-Bahn and particularly the tram which stops just around the corner. There are two good supermarkets less than 5 minutes away.

Negativ: No useable wardrobe space.

In general that’s a good choice to make if you’re the one who enjoys moving freely in your accommodation.

Positiv: A very spacious and clean apartment with 3 rooms and 2 big beds. In excellent location. All the chairs and sofas have clean covers. Although the apartment needs renovation and new furniture. I wish there was a place for storing all of my items both in the living room and in a bathroom. Opening the main door is tricky. As long as there’s no sunny side the heating is required even in april.

Positiv: Excellent location, very spacious flat located on the first floor and therefore, easily accessible also for my mother, comfortable beds.

Positiv: the apartment is just beautiful, inside an early '900 building close to the center. wooden floors, very spacious rooms and high ceiling add to the charme.

Negativ: an additional wardrobe or drawer for clothes could have helped. (There is a beautiful old drawer, but difficult to open and not very functional).

Very spacious in good location

Positiv: Very spacious, clean, clear instructions for access and responsive owner, well equipped, in a good location within 10-15 walk of both the central rail station and inner stadt, with supermarkets and restaurants close by.

Negativ: Not an issue for us, but potential points to be aware of, minimal hanging or drawer space, stone steps to first floor could limit access, shower in bath with no mat. Also if both bedrooms being used, only access from main bedroom to bathroom or kitchen is through second bedroom/lounge

A very nice flat near the main train station and city center.

Positiv: The flat is close to the main train station and the city center. It has a lot of space and is very clean. Alice is a wonderful host who always responses quickly.
