Positiv: Saubere, schön helle und gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und gut erreichbarer Gastgeber

Positiv: Stefan war ein sehr freundlicher und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage und man hat alles was man braucht vor der Nase. Klare Empfehlung!

Sehr zufrieden!

Positiv: Es war ein wirklich schönes Appartement. Alles war sauber, Ausstattung war gut. Uns wurde auch ein Babybett gestellt. In der Nähe gab es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten; die Verbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war auch gut. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Der Kontakt mit dem Host war super; unsere Anliegen wurden immer schnell beantwortet !

Negativ: Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, muss man sich ein Parkhaus suchen.

Angenehme Unterkunft für Kurzaufenthalt

Positiv: Neu, sauber, funktional, klare Linien und Design, nicht überdekoriert. Alles Wesentliche vorhanden, einschließlich Spülmaschinentabs, Kaffeekapseln, Toilettenpapier, Mülltüten. Sehr gute, freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, alles einfach. Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Tram 44 und 2).

Negativ: Lauter als erwartet, da alle Fenster auf die sehr belebte Hauptstraße ausgerichtet sind. Die Fenster filtern die Luft und blocken weitgehend den Lärm. Es ist allerdings nicht möglich, bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Kochfans würden vermutlich Utensilien vermissen (wir hatten es nicht vor und haben es nicht versucht).

Positiv: Gute Ausstattung, neu, top gepflegt, freundlicher Vermieter

Negativ: Die zentrale Lage mit der Straßenbahnhaltestelle wenige Meter vor der Haustür und in der Nähe eines Klubs bedeutet leider auch ein gewisses Maß an Lärm.

Positiv: The price for the location was great, the equipment and everything inside was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

Negativ: Literally can't find a single downside.

For a few days/nights stay in Vienna, the apartment is perfectly fine.

Positiv: easy communication with the host. He instructed us in every detail. Grocery stores are right next door. Proximity to the tram that takes you to the city center relatively quickly.

Negativ: Lack of cups for coffee / tea. We missed the TV.

Positiv: The appartment was nice and clean, just like as at the pictures. The host Stefan, was nice and it was easy to communicate with him.

Pleasant and comfortable stay

Positiv: New apartment with big windows and an interesting street view. It was very comfortable and easy to reach. A garage is very close to the apartment and with reasonable prices. I loved that a dishwasher and corresponding washing powder were available. The host gave us some good recommendations about interesting things happening in the town. There are several grocery shops quite close to the apartment (Lidl, Spar, Penny).

Negativ: There are some minor issues, but we enjoyed our stay very much. For example, some small things in the kitchen were missing, like a pot lid and a rack for drying dishes. We did not like that the extra toilet paper was left directly on the bathroom floor. It was a bit loud with open windows, but it was quiet when the windows were closed.

It was a pleasant stay in Vienna.

Positiv: The apartment was very clean and cozy. It was perfect for a family ( 2 adults and 2 children). Another plus was that the parking space was near the building and it was safe. I recommend the apartment.
