Charming Apartment near Center

Uns hat es gefallen, man sillte aber Sofa tauschen.

Positiv: Apartmen war schön und komfortabel, Lage ist auch sehr schön. Kommunikation lief wunderbar.

Negativ: Sofa im Wohnzimmer war ziemlich ausgenutzt und unbequem. Wohnung war relativ sauber, aber es gab ganz viele Haare von vorherigen Gästen.

Ideal für Stadtreisende

Positiv: Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ausstattung modern und gut. Ausgezeichnete Anbindung an den ÖPNV - kurze Wege zu zwei Haltestellen. Man ist schnell am Bahnhof oder den inneren Bezirken. Lebensmittel und Imbisse in der näheren Umgebung.

Positiv: Ein sehr tolles und vor allem so sauberes Apartment. Der Vermieter ist sehr um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt bemüht. Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern da, eins davon ein Baby. Es wurde zügig ein Babybett organisiert. Alles notwendige vorhanden, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Kann ich mit Nachdruck weiterempfehlen!

Positiv: Extrem sauber, komplett neue, clever ausgedachte Ausstattung und schönes Design. Ideal für unsere kleine Familie. Es gab in der Wohnung nichts zu bemängeln!

Negativ: Es war nur schade, dass wir unser Gepäck nicht länger dort lassen konnten.

Positiv: Die Kommunikation war sehr professionell und informativ im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthalts. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr schön, liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was oft bei Unterkünften nicht der Fall ist. Es könnte noch ein Toaster vorhanden sein, aber der Ofen funktioniert prima als Alternative.

Negativ: Es war etwas lauter draußen als gewünscht, aber nicht so schlimm. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen und empfehlen sie weiter.

Sehr saubere, komfortable Wohnung in guter Lage von Wien

Positiv: Wir haben eine Nacht in dem Apartment verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Wir würden das Apartment beim nächsten Wien-Aufenthalt wieder buchen!!

Negativ: Everything was great.

Positiv: The apartment is very comfortable and cozy. Location is bit of a walk to the nearest metro station and 4-5 stops city centre.

Negativ: The picture of the apartment shown here is not actually of the apartment but rather the view from the apartment!

Positiv: It's Clean comfortable. It's on 2nd floor with no elevators so keep that in mind.

Negativ: No Elevator, No bathroom essentials.

Positiv: - Very beautiful apartment design! - Very spacious apartment. - There was Netflix. - We liked that we could cook our own food - there was an oven and a stove for this. - The tram was a 10 minute walk from the hotel, the metro was 15.

Negativ: - Please check your accommodation area before booking the hotel! We lived in district number 10. First read what people write about it on Google. - There were dirty dishes in the cupboard and the washcloth was very dirty. Because of this, we didn’t wash the dishes with our hands. Dishwasher only, so we had to save up dirty dishes all the time in order to wash them all together. - As if the design had not been completed to the end - there weren’t any cans for coffee, sugar, tea, salt... everything was in packs that had obviously been bought by previous residents; there was no dispenser for soap, etc. - There were no coffee capsules as promised. - The drain in the shower stall stinks. In general, it felt like the owner decided to clean the apartment at the very last moment, but he didn’t have much time, so he only changed the bedsheets... I hope he did :))
