Positiv: Sehr sauber und hat fast alles, was man brauchen könnte.

Negativ: Eine Lampe im Schlafzimmer wäre schön.

Positiv: Die Lage ist perfekt. Wenige Gehminuten von der U-Bahn entfernt. Es war alles sehr sauber und man hatte alles was man braucht. Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert und hat auch alles wunderbar funktioniert.

Negativ: Da auch 3 Personen übernachten konnten wäre ein anderer Frühstückstisch besser und evtl. noch ein dritter Sessel. Der Wasserhahn im Bad konnte nicht auf „warm“ gestellt werden.

Positiv: saubere Wohnung, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, gute Lage, nahe U3

Negativ: war alles ok

Positiv: Self-Check-in mit Schlüsselbox problemlos, saubere Wohnung, gut ans öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angebunden (Straßenbahn vor der Tür, U-Bahn drei Gehminuten entfernt)

Positiv: The apartment had a pretty good location, the U-Bahn was really close, the markets, and Mariahilferstraße was 5 minutes by foot. Overall apartment was clean, the kitchen was fully equipped, the internet was pretty good, and so was the TV. Nights were pretty quiet, even though the streets were full of people passing through. *We had a problem with the gas boiler (there was no hot water), but we fixed it the night before the owner's plumber came. After we've messaged her, she came in less than 15 minutes to solve the issue.

Negativ: The only downside is that we had 3 pillows instead of 4. I suppose the owner's wife suggested that we use the 4th one from the sofa pillows.

Positiv: Per pochi giorni va bene, ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro in poco tempo; pulito, ma dal lavandino in bagno solo acqua fredda. Visto il ns. soggiorno breve non l'abbiamo segnalato. Self check in. Per capodanno ovviamente prezzo esagerato.

Positiv: Доступная цена для Вены. Соотвествие описанию. Рядом станция метро, если любите гулять, то 35-40 минут пешком до центра Вены. Две удобные кровати. Телевизор с местными каналами и Netflix. На кухне есть вся посуда для приготовления еды. Чистые полотенца и простыни.

Negativ: Все устроило.

Apartament czysty i dobrze wyposażony.

Positiv: Czystość apartamentu oraz wyposażenie. Wszystko było dostępne: ręczniki, żelazko, suszarka, deska do prasowania. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystkie potrzebne narzędzia kuchenne. Apartament znajduje się blisko stacji metra - 5 min.

it was a great stay, we enjoyed and will definitely recommend with friends

Positiv: the location was good, the apartment was so clean and it has a complete facilities, quiet area.

Negativ: Quando abbiamo soggiornato non abbiamo potuto usare il lavandino del bagno perchè era rotto
