Wien ist immer eine (musikalische) Reise wert.
Positiv: Sehr zentrale Lage, die Tram D hält direkt vor der Haustüre. Ein Supermarkt ist nur eine Haltestelle entfernt. Ideal für Unternehmungen in Wien. Wir würden dieses Wohnung wieder buchen.

Positiv: Lage. Lage. Lage. Fast alles gut bis sehr gut.. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Geräumig. Super Fußbodenheizung. Ruhig, obwohl Haus direkt an Straßenbahnhaltestelle Belvedere mit direkter Verbindung ins innerste Zentrum. Nahversorger vorhanden. Hauptbahnhof fußläufig.
Negativ: Manchmal Müffeln im Haus und der Wohnung, von den Kanalanschlüssen? Fernseher irgendwie schwer zu händeln, keine Anleitung da. Aber gutes WLAN und eigenes Tablet als Ausgleich.

Positiv: Das Appartment ist hervorragend gelegen, direkt gegenüber vom Oberen Belvedere. Die Straßenbahn Richtung Zentrum fährt direkt vor der Tür ab. Außerdem ist der Altbau sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und eingerichtet. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es dort ausgesprochen ruhig.
Negativ: Der Check-in Prozess online war sehr langwierig, zumal das Programm mehrfach bei der Eingabe abgebrochen ist. Für Buchungen über Booking.com finde ich das zu kompliziert.

Positiv: This is a beautiful apartment, well appointed, very clean, quiet and comfortable. It has a lovely outlook into a courtyard garden, which is excellent as it's away from the Strassenbahn noise on Prinz Eugen Str. Great location, opposite Belvedere Palace and gardens and a lovely beer garden is just down the street. Public transport is excellent, close to Wien Hbf and the Sbahn is just outside on Prinz Eugen Str.
Negativ: The three sets of door codes are a bit annoying and hard on the memory, but as a positive, it's good for security.

Great location especially if you are traveling by train and do recommend it.
Positiv: Location is excellent with easy access from the main train station and also has a tram stop one minutes walk away. It is a two minute walk to the Upper Belvedere Palace and the tram top makes it easy to access the city and other attractions. There are also two excellent restaurants within five minutes walk. Highly suggest you try the Art Corner Greek restaurant and Stockl im Park
Negativ: Shower recess isn’t deep enough for the drain flow rate leading to flooding of the bathroom when showering. Could also do with a tumble dryer or at least a proper clothes drying rack.

A gorgeous apartment, in a gorgeous city in a gorgeous country!
Positiv: Excellent location! In between Vienna Hbf, the central districts and right opposite the Belvedere Palace as well as the trams. Very spacious and comfortable! Guests could comfortably do a long-term stay in this studio - it's well equipped, well furnished, well secured with a lot of natural light. I liked how the toilet was separate from the bathroom - quite rare, yet the best layout. The hosts are friendly & attentive. I enjoyed my stay & 100% would recommend it.
Negativ: On our second night, out of the blue, the shower drain decided to malfunction. It ended up flooding the floors of the bathroom & bedroom area. The hosts responded quickly and was sorted the following day. I'm not sure what happened... perhaps it's worth checking the plumbing... Sometimes the Internet connection was glitchy.

Really comfortable flat in one of the best locations in Vienna
Positiv: The flat has a fantastic location - 10 minutes walk from the Hauptbahnhof but right next to Schloss Belvedere and quiet because the flat is not on the side of the street, There are nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby and a tram stop almost in front of the door. The flat is like a large bedsit with everything in a single space and this works really well.
Negativ: We had a small problem with one of the three entry doors a couple of times but the problem resolved itself.

Positiv: Хорошие апартаменты. Отличное месторасположение. Осень уютно и много красивых деталей.
Negativ: Много пыли. Даже клочья пыли на стенах, на потолке, на лампах, в туалете. Это не критично, но хотелось бы чуть-чуть поменьше

Positiv: Nos gustó todo. El alojamiento se encuentra frente al palacio de Belverede, a 10 min de la estación central y a 20 min caminando del centro histórico de Viena. Aún así, justo delante para una linea de tranvía que lleva al centro. El apartamento es amplio, todo nuevo, limpio y bien equipado. Tal y como aparece en las fotos. Un día antes de la llegada el anfitrión te envía las claves para acceder. Puede parecer algo lioso acceder con claves, pero mucho mejor que andar con llaves para arriba y para abajo.
Negativ: Por poner una pega, la repisa de encima del lavabo es demasiado grande y estorba al utilizar el lavabo.

Je retournerai à cet appartement.
Positiv: Très bien situé. L'appartement est en face du Belvédère, près de la gare centrale et des épiceries. Environ 15 minutes de marche du centre-ville.
Negativ: Le drain de la douche était bloqué. Le propriétaire en a été avisé et il a mentionné qu'il allait procédé à la réparation.
