Nach dem ersten Schock über den Zusatnd des Hauses ;-) habe ich mich dann sehr wohl gefühlt und die FeWo hat täglich Pl
Positiv: Modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist gut. Gegenüber 2 Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, nebenan Bäcker, 100 m zur U-Bahn, nur 3 Stationen bis ins Zentrum, Hauptbahnhof fußläufig erreichbar
Negativ: Sanierungsbedürftiges Haus, das Treppenhaus riecht und ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig;-). Ameisenstrasse im Korridor, nahe Eingangstür . Die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können. Lärm durch Bauarbeiten auf dem angrenzenden Grundstück. Beim Besteck fehlen ein Brot- und ein Obstmesser. Die Waschmaschine ist so eingebaut, dass man sie praktisch nicht bedienen kann.

gute Lage in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof, alles in der Nähe, gute U-Bahn / Busanbindung. Wohnung top.
Positiv: Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und die Zimmereinteilung gut.
Negativ: Die Kissen sind zu voluminös, Stiegen/Treppenhaus ist noch von der Jahrhundertwende - eine Sanierung wäre notwendig.

Positiv: Die Lage ist ideal für einen Städtetrip. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet
Negativ: Es fehlte eine Anleitung zur Bedienung der Heizung. Aber die Voreinstellung war gut und nach kurzer Überlegung war die Bedienung einfach.

Top Apartment in Toplage
Positiv: Es ist ein wunderschönes Apartment in Toplage. Wenige Schritte von der U-Bahn-Station entfernt. In Laufweite zum Hauptbahnhof. Top eingerichtet, blitzsauber. Kücheneinrichtung, Zweiplattenherd, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, etc. alles vorhanden.
Negativ: Das Schlafsofa im Extrazimmer wurde vergessen als Bett aufzubauen und es ist nicht so bequem für eine erwachsene Person.

Positiv: The apartment was very nice and spacious. The location was also great with the train station and the Belvedere palace nearby and everything was nicely reachable by foot or public transport. The host was also very friendly and all communication went smoothly. Would recommend!

Positiv: The apartment is really comfortable, it's spacious, nice couch in the living room for rest after a long day of sightseeing. Easy check-in and check-out. Great contact with the host team. Very good location, a stone's throw to Belveder, 3 min to subway, 2 supermarkets literally across the street (Billa and Hofer).
Negativ: Main bed is very comfortable but the sofa bed not really. For 3 days it's not a problem but for longer stays it may be an issue.

Perfect family weekend in Vienna
Positiv: Very cute modern apartment in an old house, comfortable, well equipped, clean. Walking distance from Wien hbf and also not far from Belvedere, Hofburg and city centre. Grocery shops across the street, underground station nearby. If available for a weekend in Vienna, go for it!
Negativ: Favoriten Straße is rather busy but that is only disturbing during week days. Construction works around which is obviously a coincidence and hopefully will be over soon.
