Positiv: Wir waren da ein ganzes Monat. Die Lage ist super! Sehr gemütliche Schlafzimmer. Die schauen in real viel besser als auf den Fotos. VIELEN DANK Marius

Toller Blick über das Dächermeer von Wien aus einer sauberen 60er Jahre Wohnung

Positiv: Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Alles klappte reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, mit drei Schlafzimmern und sauber. Der Ausblick auf Wien ist weit und schön, man sieht den Steffl, die UNO-City, das Dächermeer von Wien bis zum Wienerwald Richtung Perchtoldsdorf, wobei zu bedenken ist dass die Bahn gleich daneben läuft. Die Einrichtung gefiel mir, weil sie mich an meine Kindheit erinnerte. Das ist nicht mal ironisch Die Ausstattung ist gut. In der Küche alles da, inkl neuen, großen Kühlschrank. Klo und Bad getrennt. Die Kinderzimmer sehr gemütlich.

Negativ: Die Wohnung ist, da sie am Margarethengürtel bzw. beim Matzleinsdorfer Bahnhof ein bisschen laut. Sie hat aber gut dichtende Fenster.

Positiv: good price-quality ratio, nice location, spacious and warm apartment, the owner is great, they answered every question quickly, all praise for this accommodation

Positiv: We like the price, the location, convenient to anywhere, and grocery shopping. It is big apartment, 3 rooms and 3 beds, perfect for us. Kitchen and Washer is a bonus. The Host is very helpful. We have a friend with bad diarrhea, asked host'help for doctor contact. The Host provided the assistance quickly.

Negativ: Hot water run out the last night during our stay.

Good value for money stay in a great location.

Positiv: Location is very good with many different tram and train lines on the doorstep. You can get into the main city centre super easily. There is also a bit spar round the corner. The view from the balcony is nice and the apartment was clean, with good appliances in the kitchen, the shower was nice.

Positiv: Рядом метро, было Удобно добраться до всех достопримечательностей,Рядом супер и кафе,где можно не дорого купить покушать!Одна двухспальная кровать, в большой комнате с балконом,2 комнаты с одинарными кроватями.

Positiv: Casa pratica, silenziosa, lavatrice, ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli, supermercato vicino, abbastanza vicino alla metro, stazione, bus. Abbastanza semplice trovare un parcheggio in strada per auto nelle vicinanze.

Negativ: Pulizia superficiale, tappeti impregnati di fumo, un solo mazzo di chiavi.

Vienna is a beautiful city, but you need more than three days to explore it all

Positiv: This is a very old apartment, however is very big. The beds are comfortable and so are the pillows. It’s very simple with very basic amenities. The location is good because is across the train station where you can take a metro or a tram going anywhere in Vienna. Checking in when we got there was very easy and simple. The apartment is on the 10th floor with an elevator. Is definitely a good value for your money if you don’t need much this is the place to be.

Negativ: Although the apartment is big needs TLC only two chairs and the dining area the the stove was not operable because the igniter was not working and we didn’t have anything to light the gas with the heater in the room so you have to blast it to be able to warm up the apartment curtains on the windows need to be replaced urgently there are no closets or any place to hang your clothes with the exception of one cloth bar in one of the rooms. We had a small issue with the water heater when we arrive. One of the days in the apartment and the owner of the representative did not answer on the day after thankfully, we figured it out on our own. If you have children, I do not recommend this place. There are no places to eat close to the apartment only a small supermarket in a gas station.
