Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sehr hell,freundlich und in bester Lage! Supermärkte und Marktstände direkt vor der Tür:) Alles für einen schönen Aufenthalt vorhanden. Austausch mit Vermieter wunderbar.

Familienfreundliche Unterkunft mit Wiener Charme.

Positiv: Hohe Decken. Einrichtung. WC und Bad getrennt. Durchzug möglich

Negativ: Umgebung durch den Markt zu laut und wegen der Wärme mussten wir bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen, Küche ist noch nicht ganz rund ( falscher türansvhla Kühlschrank, keine Sitzgelegenheit, schlechte Beleuchtung im spülbereich)

Wirklich charmanter und gemütlicher Altbau mit allem was man braucht.

Positiv: Schöne Altbauwohnung mit wirklich allem an Ausstattung, was man benötigt. Alles wie beschrieben. Sehr netter und immer erreichbarer Vermietungskontakt.

Negativ: Durch den Markt vor der Tür kann es in den Morgenstunden durchaus zu einem höheren Geräuschpegel kommen. Allerdings entfällt trotz zentraler Lage ein permanenter Geräuschpegel durch den Verkehr.

Geräumige Unterkunft im charmanten Altbau mit guter Lage

Positiv: Sehr gute Lage, geräumige Zimmer, WLAN, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, sehr gute ÖPNV Anbindung, Hinweise in der Unterkunft auf günstiges Parkhaus

Negativ: Schwieriges Ein- und Ausladen v Reisegepäck, da keine Parkmöglichkeit mit dem Auto

Positiv: Tolle Altbauwohnung, gute Ausstattung (z.B. Spülmittel, Müllbeutel etc), gemütliche Einrichtung, Lage vor einem Markt

Negativ: Ausladen/ Einladen gestaltete sich schwierig, da man nicht direkt vor der Wohnung halten kann.

Great apartment

Positiv: Very spacious and clean apartment. It is in a convenient and quiet location. Dany was a very kind host and attentive to all our needs. Highly recommended.

Positiv: The apartment is spacious and clean, and the check-in instructions are convenient.

Negativ: If you open the windows, it’s noisy at night; if you don’t open them, it gets hot. The floor creaks.

Comfortable appartment

Positiv: Spacious, clean, all in working order. Very comfortable. One minute away from two tram stations and a metro station that take you to the centre.

Negativ: Too far from the centre.

Spacious and nice flat, easy center access, next to a street-market

Positiv: Good location: by tram the inner centre is just some minutes. Very nice and spacious apartment. Very well equipped kitchen (maybe just the bread slicer knife was absent). It's on the second floor, so with closed windows the street is not noisy. Plus is the nice bathroom with good shower and washing machine. Hofer and Penny is 15m, also a whole-street long market. McDonald's and other places in 5 min walk. All in all we liked the place!

Negativ: For some, the market on the street can be a bit disturbing, for us it wasn't a problem. On very warm days the main bedroom could become quite warm, so if someone is sensitive to it, and don't want to open windows, maybe should consider it (or let cooler air from other rooms that is on the north side) . .

Positiv: The apartment is very spacious and bright. It is very well equipped. The apartment is very close to various forms of public transport (tram, bus, metro) and within walking distance to the city centre.

Negativ: Access via the market.
