Novara City Apartment

Positiv: Gute Lage, Ausstattung gut, sehr angenehm. Super Kommunikation, sehr bemühte Gastgeber, auf Bitten/Fragen/etc. sehr schnell reagiert.

Alles in allem hat es meine Erwartungen gut erfüllt.

Positiv: Unterkunft war sehr gut über SBahn Knoten Praterstern zu erreichen, man kann ohne Umsteigen mit der S7 bis zum Flughafen fahren in knapp 30 min. Lage ist relativ ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Man erreicht das Stadtzentrum sehr leicht über Öffis und zur Not auch zu Fuß (ca 30 min). An sich ist alles wie beschrieben in der Unterkunft, nichts war wirklich negativ. Ist sehr gut geeignet für Selbstversorgung. Doppelbett ist relativ hart, konnte aber gut darin schlafen. Prater ist ziemlich nahe, sodass man sich wenn man im Dunkeln zurückkommt über die Beleuchtung freuen kann oder auch nochmal einen Abstecher machen kann.

Negativ: Was ein klein wenig gestört hat: -Eingang geht unmittelbar auf den Bürgersteig mit einer relativ hohen Schwelle, das Schloss mit dem Tastenfeld für den Türcode ist relativ hoch. Wenn man sicht auf die Zahlen verdecken will beim Eingeben ist es schon etwas sportlich -Hinweis innen wie die Tür zu verriegeln ist wäre gut, habe nicht gleich erraten können dass man drehen muss, es sieht aus wie ein Knopf den man drücken muss (nach drehen hört man auch wie das Schloss verriegelt und ein LED Ring leuchtet) -Beim Verriegeln von außen muss man 2x den Pfeil drücken damit es verriegelt, besser nochmal prüfen, aufgepasst! -Spuren von früherem Wasserschaden unter der Spüle könnte mal beseitigt werden -Abflüsse von Waschbecken und Dusche könnten öfter gereinigt werden, Wasser ist mäßig gut abgeflossen

Positiv: Es war eine schöne Erfahrung – ausreichend Platz und Privatsphäre, und die Innenstadt war bequem erreichbar.

Positiv: Nähe zum ÖV, Prater, Parkhaus 10Euro pro Tag, 600m entfernt überwacht. Wohnen EG Nr5 ,Schlafen,Küche, grossräumig;, schall isolierte Fenster super; Dusche Na ja okay. Sollte nach Rücksprache behoben werden.

Negativ: Die miserable fremdreinigung, was ich nicht begreife , wie die Vormieter sich da wohlfühlen. Oder selbst s... waren. Von Vermieter erwarte ich Kontrolle vor Übergabe, egal wie weit hingefahren werden muss.Hab gesprech verlangt und Einsicht bekommen. Jedenfalls verlor ich 1 Tag wegen nachteinigung Der küchenzeile. Rückvergütung? Achtung bei alten nummerunterdrückten Handys kein Haustür öffnen , selbst checking ..

Positiv: Perfekte Lage für Fahrten in die Innenstadt, Prater ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Schön eingerichtete, moderne und saubere Wohnung.

Positiv: Great location, comfy beds, and all appliances available. :) the hosts were trying very hard to be at disposal and resolve everything, very kind.

Negativ: Front doors lock was not working so we had some issues with that. It could have been cleaned a bit better (dusty but neat). The temperature can only be regulated by the host online and it is ground floor and high ceiling, so it was a bit cold for us ladies in cold february. But in general those are smaller things, apartment is very good and location amazing.

Good for a family of three or four with everything you need. Nice location.

Positiv: Close to one of the main stations in the city and to the Prater. Comfortable beds. Enough space

Negativ: The drain in the bath was clogged.

Positiv: Very convenient location. Nice apartment with comfortable bed. Great ratio price/location/amenities.

Negativ: We didn’t have any towels left during the first day, which is very inconvenient, neither the coffee machine was there, but on the next day all was sorted out. Cleaning service could be improved.

Positiv: Short distance from metro and Pratar. Good communication with host, who was very helpful and replies immediately. Washer, fridge, heating, shower all clean and functional. Also spatious anough for 5. Thank you 😊

Negativ: A shelf where to put soap in the shower would make it perfect, but otherwise we were all happy. Family of 5

If we’re coming again to Vienna, we’ll definitely book this place again.

Positiv: Location is perfect, close to Prater and train stations. Facilities are in good condition. Only one or two station away from city centre. McDonalds, Billa (supermarket) and bakery are just 5-10 minutes walk. Quiet residence area. The apartment is exactly at the ground floor so u don’t have to climb any stairs at all. Beds are good. Host is responsive.

Negativ: The door lock can be tricky sometimes. We managed to resolved the problem somehow. So it’s not a major thing.
