Sky View Apartment Vienna

Positiv: Die Aussicht war wunderschön,Verbindung 5min.zur U-Bahn ,Küche gut ausgestattet, Matratze für MICH sehr 👍

Negativ: Geschirrspüler gehört unbedingt gewartet. Es sollten auch bessere taps verwendet werden, ich habe selber welche mitgenommen, da wir 10 Tage in dieser Wohnung waren. Man sollte auch für so einen langen Aufenthalt, Putztücher und Putzmittel zur Verfügung stellen.

toller Ausblick und gemütliche Wohnung mit guter Anbindung(öffentlicher Verkehr)

Positiv: Die Lage(direkt an der U1) und der Ausblick sind wirklich unübertroffen. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.

Etwas außerhalb von Wien aber mit der Bahn super erreichbar!

Positiv: Das Einkaufszentrum direkt am Haus war topp, so gab es jeden Tag frische Brötchen. Auch die P&R Garage bietet preislich super-faire Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Man hat sich direkt „zuhause“ gefühlt. Die U-Bahnstation direkt am Haus war sehr praktisch, sie fährt in ca. 20 Min direkt ins Zentrum. So konnte man das Auto stehen lassen und stressfrei reisen. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Negativ: Es war ein wenig schwierig die Schlüsselbox zu finden, aber nach einem Anruf war alles geklärt und easy.

Wer Sonnenuntergänge liebt, ist hier richtig!

Positiv: Der Ausblick vom 33.Stock war gigantisch, vorallem bei Sonnenuntergang. Gut eingerichtetes Apartment, super bequeme Betten, sehr nettes und entgegenkommendes Personal, prima Verkehrsanbindung in die Stadt, verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort.

A comfortable apartment with gorgeous views and great location (but some problems with management)

Positiv: The apartment is on the 33rd floor and has a gorgeous view of Vienna. It is located within a shopping mall in which a large grocery store (Inter Spar) is located, as well as a variety of other shops and restaurants. It is also located just about a 2-minute walk from a subway station (U1) that leads directly to the heart of Vienna at Stephansplatz. The apartment is nicely decorated, with lots of room for storage, and the beds are comfortable. Considering all of the pluses, it is also very reasonably priced.

Negativ: The keys were in a lockbox attached to a bicycle rack around the corner of the building from the apartment--which was hard to find at night when we arrived. Furthermore, the address we received from the manager was incomplete because it did not indicate which building the apartment was located in. (It should have specified \

Positiv: I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Sky View Apatment in Vienna. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the stunning interior and impeccable cleanliness. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. The amenities provided exceeded my expectations, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the host was incredibly assistive, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Vienna. Looking forward to visit again.

Amazing view

Positiv: A very well-equipped apartment with an amazing view. Located on the 33rd floor. Nice large balcony on the westside of the building, nice to watch the sunset. Comfortable bed and bathroom. At the feet of the building you will find the metro (20 min to city centre) and a variety of shops (supermarket included).

Negativ: I had to collect the keys at another address, 10 km away from the apartment. Because I was depending on public transport it was quite an effort which took some time. During my stay I had warm weather (30+). There were little possibilities to cool the apartment (no external sunscreens), so it was pretty warm inside.
