Positiv: Die Lage an der U-Bahn-Station ist sehr gut. Wohnung ist sehr schön.

Positiv: very nice small and warm apartment with a lot of facilities . good communication with the owner , very close with supermarkets , shops , drum and metro

Negativ: some misunderstanding with owner but never mind . all is perfect

It was good room with all family amenities

Positiv: The property is near the central rail station and have all things near by like supermarket , restaurant and cafe

Negativ: The property is old but its maintained and need to open windows of room as its atmosphere inside become moisture.

Positiv: Extra clean, comfortable, you have all what you have at yours home, maybe more... All is new , clean again, near parking 220m, all day 7.5 €, near U-ban 200 m, location is perfect, very safety near police station.

Positiv: Lokalita, čistota, vybavení. Vše blízko, obchody, metro, restaurace.

Negativ: Nic zásadního, ale uvítala bych noční stolky a sušák na prádlo.

Positiv: - Très bon rapport qualité prix pour Vienne - Très proche du métro ce qui est pratique pour aller dans le centre - Logement propre et bien équipé

Negativ: - Seulement des rideaux alors que le logement est au rez-de-chaussée

Positiv: The property was easy to locate, and very accessible. It is near the metro and the tram. If you have excursions to nearby cities planned, the location of this accommodation is convenient since you can get to the train station/bus terminal in 10 minutes by foot. The apartment is on the first floor, and the windows open directly to the street. It is a quiet street though so we did not have any issues with this during our stay. It was also very clean. The bathroom looks to be newly renovated so it was comfortable to use. Having a separate room for the shower and the toilet was convenient for our group of 4. The host was also very nice and easy to communicate with.

Negativ: There is no fan/airconditioning (use of such might just not be common europe?) so in the afternoon the air gets kind of stale, since it feels like there is no air circulation. In the evening though it is nice and cool so still comfortable enough to sleep.

Positiv: Todo bien,ubicación y explicación con el dueño perfecto

Positiv: Πολύ βολικό σημείο κοντά σε μέσα συγκοινωνίας και κοντά στο κέντρο. Ήσυχα επίσης. Καλή επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη.

Negativ: Θέλει μερικά μικρά πρακτικά πράγματα ακόμα για να κάνει την διανομή πιο άνετη, όπως για παράδειγμα την τοποθέτηση ραφιών για σαμπουάν στο μπάνιο. Λίγο καλύτερη καθαριότητα. Καλύτερο στρώμα στο διπλό κρεβάτι επίσης θα ήταν ένα συν.

Vienna nel cuore

Positiv: Posizione fantastica. Appartamento in ottime condizioni e ben dotato. Rispetto a quanto indicato su booking non c'era la tv (l'host ci ha avvisati che era guasta, ma per noi non è stato un problema) in compenso abbiamo avuto l'accesso al Wi-Fi (per noi molto più utile).

Negativ: In effetti ci è piaciuto tutto. Volendo dare un consiglio all'host gli suggerisco di lasciare qualche indicazione sul funzionamento degli elettrodomestici e sul sistema di apertura del portone di ingresso del palazzo e dell'appartamento.
