Positiv: Eine sehr schöne Altbau Wohnung mit großzügigen hohen Räumen. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Straßenbahn hält direkt vor dem Haus.

Negativ: Die separate Toilette war nur mit einem Heizstrahler zu beheizen und relativ kühl (Ende November).

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist ein einem einheitlichen - ich würde sagen, 20er Jahre - Stil eingerichtet, sehr groß und sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gefallen. Es ist sehr erfreulich, dass im Unterschied zu anderen Wohnungsanzeigen wirklich zwei abschließbare, getrennte Schlafzimmer vorhanden sind. Insgesamt sehr beeindruckend. Die Lage ist durch die Nähe zur S-Bahn-Station Gersthof und zur Straßenbahn sehr verkehrsgünstig.

Negativ: Leider gibt es in dem einen Schlafzimmer keinen Kleiderschrank, so dass man seine Sachen im Koffer lassen muss, obwohl die Wohnung so großzügig ist. Im Badezimmer könnte man einige Haken gebrauchen, um nasse Handtücher aufzuhängen.

Schöne ruhige Altbauwohnung

Positiv: Schöne Altbauwohnung im Hochparterre, die einige nette Details hat. Trotz später Anreise hat der Zugang mit der Schlüsselbox gut funktioniert. Der Kontakt mit den Vermieterinnen lief über einen Messenger problemlos. Das Bett war bequem.

Negativ: Keine Angabe von Negativem, wir waren zufrieden.

A flair of old Vienna

Positiv: This is a very well-equipped flat on the ground floor of an older building, which is in perfect condition. The furniture and all the equipment are of high quality and give a sense of the old middle-class lifestyle. The communication with the host is problemless, and they help solve even extra requests. Tram stop in front of the house, a good food shop one corner away.

Great apartment for stays in quiet and sought after area with good access to public transport

Positiv: A very well equipped apartment in a lovely area, easy to access with locker box and a very communicative host. Kitchen is well equipped and many little extras provided. Shops are all around and cafes/restaurants, you can get to the city center very quickly or enjoy the leafy parks in the area. Host is very communicative and helpful, I would come back anytime again

Negativ: Personally the bathroom and kitchen are not my style but this is subjective and everything functioned very well

Positiv: The appartament was fully equipped: unfortunately the bathroom and the kitchen are very much in clash with the rest of the decor but it was very comfy.

Negativ: I had some issues with turning on the shower and have some hot water and the house was quite cold, but it wad all solved.

Positiv: Очень тихий район,спокойно и безопасно,прямо возле дома остановка 40 трамвая,который едет в центр города,максимально лёгкое заселение.Сама квартира большая и уютная,всё чисто,кухня хорошо укомплектована,хозяева на связи постоянно.Всё супер,с удовольствием остановилась бы тут снова

Positiv: Мы жили в квартире с 2-мя спальнями. Это очень просторная квартира, в ней есть все необходимое: посуда, техника, мебель и т.д. Квартира теплая, чистая, уютная.

Negativ: Нет рукомойника в туалете, немного чувствуется запах старины. Но это в целом не влияет на общий комфорт времяпровождения.
