Positiv: Ausgezeichneter gastfreundlicher Gastgeber. Wir kamen am Samstagabend an und wussten nicht, wie man die Heizung einschaltet. Trotz des späten Abends kam der Besitzer und half uns. Vielen Dank!

Negativ: Das Haus wurde renoviert und war nicht sehr komfortabel,aber das ist nur vorübergehend

Positiv: Airy flat , excellent facilities. Washing machine and dishwasher. Oven and hob perfect. Microwave etc. Next to a supermarket and a square that had cafes and bars. Perfect for travel via 5B at local Square to U station 2 stops easy to access all of Vienna. Great little place.

Negativ: If stairs are not your thing. You will get fit going up and down them. Place is being worked on downstairs and on the top floor. Very dusty and got plaster dust on coats and luggage . Not a problem. True lovely staircase old style Vienna.

The apartment is very good value for money compared to other properties in Vienna

Positiv: The apartment has a pleasant decor, with a separate bedroom and kitchen.

Negativ: The common entrance and staircase are being renovated. There is no lift.

Positiv: A basic but practical accommodation. I liked the fact that the kitchen was equipped with a good selection of pots, plates, cutlery, a clean sponge (rare!), dishwashing soap, and plenty of coffee caps.

Positiv: The location is very convenient. To the metro and railway station is about 5 minutes walk. From apartment to historical center, you can walk approximately in 30 minutes. There are a lot of good cafes and restaurants in the nearest streets. The apartment is very clean and convenient. There is all the necessary equipment for living: coffeemachine, washing machine, refrigerator and other facilities. Wifi is also in good condition. The staff is very friendly. There is a good supermarket in the same building and some others nearby.

Negativ: I like everything in this apartment.

Positiv: Mi è piaciuto il fatto che la casa si trovasse in una zona tranquilla e sicura

Negativ: Migliorererei la qualità dei cuscini e dei materassi ,e aggiusterei il rubinetto del lavandini

Positiv: L'emplacement, la propreté, le calme, la proximité du centre via métro et des magasins d'alimentation.

Positiv: Хороше расположение, в квартире есть всё необходимое, хорошая кухня

Negativ: Небыло отопления, замёрзли, котел плохо работал или не работал вообще, но горячая вода была, что уже хорошо.

Las apariencias engañan. Buen sitio para alojarse.

Positiv: Bien ubicada para ir al centro en unos 10 min en coche. Muy calentita y con todo lo necesario. No parece que te vayas a encontrar ese apartamento cuando entras al edificio.

Negativ: El edificio parece como si estuviese abandonado, da un poco de miedo. Creo que realmente estaba abandonado y parecía que lo estuviesen arreglando. El apartamento si estaba muy bien.

Preporučila bi svima da odsjednu u ovom apartmanu.

Positiv: Apartman je moderno opremljen iako zgrada u kojoj se nalazi je stara tako da smo se jako začudili kad smo vidjeli da je sređen. U kuhinji ima sve što je potrebno od pribora da se nešto na brzinu skuha i pojede. Kreveti su udobni. Wifi je bio odličan. Nije daleko od stanice za tramvaj kojom se dođe do centra, veoma blizu je i zabavni park Prater, dućan je odmah pokraj ulaza.
