Beautiful 1 Bedroom Apartment near Schönbrunn

Positiv: Unterkunft war sehr sauber und geräumig, sowie hell und nett eingerichtet. Vor allem aber ist der Blick in den Innenhof und die äußerst ruhige Lage hervorzuheben.

Negativ: Kann nichts negatives sagen.

Sehr erholsam und trotzdem haben wir tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten ansehen können.

Positiv: Unkomplizierte schlüsselübergabe mit schlüsselsafe, ruhige Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Sehenswürdigkeiten 15 Gehminuten entfernt, tolle Ausstattung mit Fernseher und netflix 👍

Negativ: Keine direkte park Möglichkeit

I recommend the property

Positiv: The host is very kind and ready to respond at any time. Picking up the keys and entering the apartment was very easy. The apartment is large, warm, and has everything you need for your stay. The only drawback is the floor, which makes noise when walking, and the bathtub drain, which needs to be unclogged. The location is excellent, one of the nicest areas in Vienna. The metro station is 5 minutes away. Value for money 10/10.

Great apartment, close to everything

Positiv: The apartment is really close to the metro station and also the Schonnbrun palace; also is a really peaceful area, close to Billa, Hofer and other stores.

Negativ: The floor is really noisy when you step on it,we had no baking oven or heating oven, also no washing machine.

Positiv: The flat was great and clean. Stores and public transportation is pretty close. A parking garage is near to park your car for a longer period.

Negativ: There was no microwave in the flat.

Perfectly located apartament

Positiv: Great localization - 500m to the subway, walking distance to the Schönbrunn Palace. Apartament very clean, Nespresso coffe machine with capsules for visitors, Netflix, hairdryer, shower cosmetics. Nice view, carpark for 4euro for 24hours 2km fron the apartament, possibility to park on the street for free during weekends and from 10pm till 9am

Positiv: Очень близко к метро, буквально до 5-ти минут пешком. Владелец очень приятный человек, отвечал на все вопросы и шёл на уступки. Апартаменты большие, на 4-5 человек нормально будет, как мне кажется

Negativ: Высокий этаж, неудобно подниматься и спускаться с багажом, круглая лестница - база для Европы

We enjoyed it a lot and would recommend it for a family stay.

Positiv: It’s a nice and quiet location, close to the U4 metro station. On the way from the station to the apartment there is a Spar supermarket, which is very convenient. Vienna greeted us with rain when we arrived, so the best feeling was entering the apartment and finding it so warm and cozy inside! The bed sheets and towels were clean and smelled nice, the mattress was comfortable, and the morning view was fantastic (we could even see a squirrel jumping in the trees)! The host is very friendly and helpful. He always replied quickly and tried to help in every way (again, vielen Dank, Max!) I stayed there with my son, and we both enjoyed it a lot. We would definitely recommend this place.
