Modern und gut ausgestattetes Appartement

Positiv: - top ausgestattete und großzügig geschnittene moderne Wohnung im 12. Bezirk - bequeme Betten - ca. 900 m zur U-Bahn. Bushaltestelle um die Ecke - Schloss Schönbrunn zu Fuß erreichbar

Negativ: Ein Hinweis des Vermieters auf die Parksituation in Wien wäre hilfreich (seit 2022 ist ganz Wien eine Kurzparker- und Anwohnerpark-Zone. Das Auto muss am Stadtrand abgestellt werden....) Empfehlung: P+R-Parkhaus in U-Bahnstation Hütteldorf (5 Stationen entfernt, Gebühr 4.40 EUR pro Tag)

Sehr nette Ferienwohnung in einer wunderschönen Stadt.

Positiv: Alles da, was man braucht und darüber hinaus. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Netter Vermieter. Alles unkompliziert.

Negativ: Leider waren gerade Baumaßnahmen im Haus, sodass es schon früh recht laut wurde.

Gut ausgestattete Homebase, um Wien zu erkunden!

Positiv: Das Appartement war ordentlich, sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Gastgebenden waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Appartements ist grundsätzlich ruhig, die U-Bahn-Station Meidling Hauptstraße ist in wenigen Gehminuten gut erreichbar (von dort kommt man bequem in die Innenstadt). Als wir dort waren, gab es im Gebäude tagsüber Bauarbeiten - die Nachtruhe wurde aber eingehalten und da wir uns tagsüber ohnehin in Wien bewegt haben, haben uns die Bauarbeiten nicht weiter gestört. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Die Unterkunft ist einfach wunderschön!

Positiv: Neu, komfortabel und sauber. Alles da, was wir brauchten. Betten sehr bequem

Positiv: Sehr schöne Wohnung. Komplett ausgestattet. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind sehr gut erreichbar.

Perfekte Wohnung

Positiv: Es ist die schönste und am besten ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, die ich bislang in Wien bewohnte. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, sodass man sich wie zu Hause fühlt. Es gibt einen Föhn, ein Bügeleisen, moderne Ventilatoren. Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und war bei meinem Aufenthalt ganz besonders sauber. Die Informationen durch die Vermieter kamen rechtzeitig und waren äußerst ausführlich, um völlig unkompliziert via Schlüsselcodes die Wohnung zu beziehen. Die U4 (Meidlinger Hauptstraße) ist fußläufig erreichbar, wodurch man schnell in Richtung Karlsplatz oder Hütteldorf unterwegs ist.

Cozy and chic apartment

Positiv: We loved everything! Very clean, well equipped, good beds for sleeping, 10 minutes to metro station. The host very kind and helpful. Cannot wait to come back!!!

Good location, spacious, but hot and noisy

Positiv: Location was very good: about 30 minutes to the city centre by underground (12-15 minutes walk to the nearest station, or bus), and 15 min to the train station. Also, close to the big park Schonbrunn. The flat is located in a stately old building with high ceilings, well equipped kitchen and big windows. It was very clean (although we found some hair on the night stand, but not a problem).

Negativ: The flat has just one bedroom, another bed is in the living room with no door - there’s an arch to the hallway. It was hot (we stayed in June), and noisy. Beds weren’t too comfortable, only thick duvets provided with no sheets or blankets for the summer time. Uncomfortable pillows. The building is undergoing a lift installation and on the weekdays work starts before 8am. Woke up from banging and knocking each day. The host was unwilling to acknowledge this when we complained, which was very strange.

Great stay for a family as a homebase to visit Vienna

Positiv: Nice appartment, just renovated, next to Schonbrunn gardens and with metro within reach of Vienna center. Everything was clean, well equipped and the beds are good. Also good foreseen if you come with a family with kids as you have a kitchen, bad and baby bed upon request.

Negativ: We temporarily had some noise from works on the roof, but we were informed about it upfront.

Comfortable for a family trip

Positiv: The stay has been wonderful. They were very kind and attentive to our requests. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable beds, enough space to stay with a baby and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much! ☺️
