Charming APT perfect for 4-6 tram

Truly a home away from home.

Positiv: Very clean stylish with all the home comforts. Truly a great place to stay, happily stayed longer there with shops on doorsteps, good restaurants and easy work to town centre. The staff very easy to contact and resolved any questions we had within minutes.

Negativ: Nothing to complain about.

Positiv: Rooms size and distribution was perfect for our group. Each person had its privacy and access to common areas. There were lots of dishes and cups in the cabinets, so you could just load the washing machine and not worry for 3 days.

Negativ: We stayed during some very hot days and there is no AC. There were fans but it was still very hot and with windows opened, it is quite noisy, especially from the inner court yard, where there are many people with small children living.

A great stay for families

Positiv: The apartment was in a nice and quiiet building on a street. It was clean, comfortable and fully equipped. The beds were comfortable, heating was good. The owner was really helpful. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the apartment.

Negativ: It was a little distant from the main attractions, yet it was still in walking distance. There is also a tram station very close to the apartment. So, the location was not a big problem overall.

Positiv: Location, uncommon but interesting latout if the property. Acces wit the smart key.

Negativ: The flat button (outer door bell) was marked up and not easy to find at first

Best apartment I have stayed in in last 5 years

Positiv: Beautiful spacious clean apartment. Good position for transport links to town, 5 minutes on tram. Supermarket literally under the apartment block. Lovely accommodation with coffee machine and tea coffee supplied, all bedrooms have wireless phone chargers on each side of bed, very clean, huge TV and nice bathroom with toiletries. WiFi super easy log on with QR code. The owners really thought of the little things. I booked without too much info on apartment last minute due to another apartment booking being cancelled by the owner, and I am very happy now I was forced to change. 10/10

Negativ: No complaints

Positiv: It's the best variant for big family or company. The apartment is located near train station, close to three supermarkets. To Belveder only 10 minutes for walk and walk to center city 20 minute. Apartments very cozy and comfortable. All technics, very good wifi, a lot of dishes, important details: oil, salt, sugar, coffee, tea and sweet complements. It's very cute:) I contacted with host all time. I had a question about information that not fiend in internet and Matthaus gave answers very quikly. Thanks a lot! I understand, sometimes my question was typical)))) This apartment is my sincere recommendation.

Negativ: Nothing! But I have little proposition) It would be great if the apartment had a map of the city, a booklet about Vienna attractions, and information about Vienna's transport system. It is will make the apartment ideal! But it's only my idea)

Nice flat at a good price in a perfect location.

Positiv: Great location! Take the 71 Tram right to City Hall or the train to Wien Mitte and a connection to the Airport Train.

Negativ: The heating was uneven. One front bedroom was cold the other too hot. The common areas were always comfortable though.

Wygodne duże mieszkanie blisko centrum

Positiv: Pięknie urządzony, duży i wygodny apartament. Trzy osobne sypialnie, salon, kuchnia, jadalnia, osobna toaleta, łazienka. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Świetne położenie blisko przystanki komunikacji miejskiej, ale na piechotę spokojnie można dojść do centrum. Bezpłatny parking podziemny to duża wygoda. Zaraz przed wejściem do budynku duży market i inne sklepy też blisko. Dobry kontakt z obsługą apartamentu, bardzo pomocna we wszystkim. Bardzo czysto. Polecam szczerze, nas było 7 osób a miejsca wystarczająco na komfortowy wypoczynek.

Negativ: Skrzypiąca podłoga:), ale to parkiet w starej kamienicy więc taki jej urok.

Superbe séjour, appartement nickel et proche de tout

Positiv: La localisation, proche du tram : super Les équipements, il y avait tout le nécessaire. Y compris de l’huile d’olive, sel et poivre, ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas dans les appartements donc très appréciable ! Il y avait aussi des pastilles pour le lave vaisselle et pour la machine à laver. L’accès était très facile. Espace suffisant pour le nombre que nous étions. Cuisine très fonctionnelle, salle de bain également. Tout était bien propre à notre arrivée et la communication avec les propriétaires était facile, les réponses étaient rapide. Super aussi d’avoir bénéficié d’un emplacement parking gratuit si proche ! Le petit point négatif, je dirais que ce sont les rideaux qui sont très fins et pas très occultants. La nuit, les lumières de la ville passaient à travers, et le matin très tôt c’était la lumière du jour. Donc il faudrait apporter un masque pour les yeux. À part ça, tout était super
