Es war sehr ordentlich mit guter Ausstattung!

Positiv: Es war sehr schön, ordentlich und hell! Gut zu erreichen, die Schlüssel waren leicht zu bekommen! 👌🏽

Negativ: Es war etwas stickig, war aber kein Problem. Fenster auf und lüften.

Positiv: Good location, near the metro and supermarket, not far from the city center. Clean appartment.

Negativ: The safe was difficult to open. The pillows in the beds no longer serve their purpose :) They need to be replaced.

Super nice

Positiv: It is very easily liked with the city center. The apartment is quiet, clean and in a nice area. The kitchen has many facilities.

Negativ: The pillows were really uncomfortable

Positiv: helpful host, evrything in working condition, good location

Negativ: everything was fine except the cleanlines, snack wrappers behind the bed, dishes full of plaque.

Positiv: It's an affordable apartment at a great location; nothing fancy, but more than enough for a pleasant stay.

Negativ: The air in the apartment was rather confined and musty; as it turned out, some walls in the living room are damp (the paint is peeling off every here and there, it shows where the issue is), and although it's not too bad, it takes some of the feeling of comfort and cleanness away.

Positiv: Чудове місце розташування, поруч метро, трамвайна зупинка.

Exactement ce à quoi on s’attend

Positiv: Il faisait chaud en arrivant, agréable et important avec un bébé. La disposition des meubles est bonne. Un lit 2 places dans la chambre et un canapé lit ( 2 personnes ) dans le salon avec un bureau pour travailler. La cuisine est bien équipée. Appartement très calme. U3 direct au centre. Prater accessible en marchant à travers le parc. Billa et Spar à proximité.

Negativ: Toujours ce problème d’humidité comme précisé dans les commentaires. En ce moment des travaux dans la rue donc pas de tram.

Positiv: Appartamento con tutto il necessario per la cucina, buona posizione per la metro

Bellissima Vienna.

Positiv: posizione ottima, non in centro, ma vicino alla metro principale con cui si raggiungevano le attrazioni principali in pochi minuti. Appartamento pieno di tutti i comfort (lavatrice, asciugacapelli, lavastoviglie,) e soprattutto un riscaldamento ottimo. Fuori 0 gradi e dentro 20 gradi, regolabili. Facilissimo check in e check out, in autonomia grazie alla cassettina di sicurezza con codice (fornito dal proprietario) a fianco la porta d'ingresso, che conteneva la chiave dell'appartamento.

Negativ: l'alloggio a piano strada e per questo un pò umido, bisognava arieggiare.

Positiv: Полностью оснащенная хорошо зонированная квартира недалеко от метро и 18-го трамвая. Подходит для трех человек. Супермаркеты и кафе в шаговой доступности. 10-15 минут пешком до Пратера и Хундервасерхауса. Менеджер управляющкей компании быстро отвечает на все вопросы. Бесконтактное получение ключей, заселение в любое время суток.

Negativ: Квартира на первом этаже, подъезд не очень ухожен, но жильцы соседних квартир были приветливы. На стене, выходящей на улицу были высохшие пятна от старых протечек. Санузел в хорошем состоянии, но из-за стиральной машины слегка тесный.
