Positiv: Sehr sauberes Unterkunft mit toller Ausstattung...haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt...total freundlich und unkompliziert...sehr weiterzuempfehlen

Positiv: The accommodation is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It is located in a good area, about a 15-minute walk to the city center, with tram and bus stops nearby.

Negativ: What we didn’t like was that the heating was not working properly. Only the radiators in the smaller bedroom were warm all the time, while the bathroom, living room, and the larger bedroom were very cold. We contacted the staff and they responded immediately regarding the issue, which we appreciated, but the radiators remained cold. It’s possible that the problem was not on their side, but related to the building management or the boiler system. We had to sleep wearing hats and hoodies to keep warm.

Positiv: The place is huge, very well decorated and super cozy. It’s only 4 minutes away from the nearest tram stop

Negativ: One of the radiators in the living room didn’t work. We also found the mattresses a bit too soft, but that might’ve been an “us” thing

We had an amazing stay. A beautifully clean apartment within easy reach of central Vienna.

Positiv: It was really easy to understand the instructions for the entry system. The youtube video was really helpful!

Positiv: The apartment was spacious and clean, with a great location. We really loved it!

Positiv: Very happy with our accommodation choice. Very spacious apartment. Clean and comfortable. The small bathroom of the main bedroom is a plus. The kitchen is well equipped. A medium size Spar store and tram stations are close by. Very good interaction with the host. Definitely worth considering!

Negativ: No gripes. No heating problems.

Positiv: Зручне розташування відносно багатьох місцевих цікавинок, Пратера, центр в пішій доступності. В квартирі було все необхідне для комфортного перебування. Чисто, доглянуто. Дуже багато простору. Високі стелі. Віденський вайб.

Negativ: Якщо доведеться скористатися додатковими диваном в вітальні, майте на увазі що за вхідними дверми знаходиться ліфт, вночі дещо гучно. В останній день без видимих причин вибило пробки, хоча всі електроприлади були виключені. Було трохи прохолодно.

Positiv: Super warunki, świetna lokalizacja, czysto, świeżo i przyjemnie, blisko do komunikacji miejskiej oraz do parkingu strzeżonego.

Negativ: Duży apartament, bardzo dużo miejsca.
