Alles war sehr gut.

Positiv: Perfekte und sehr saubere Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wiener Stadthalle. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommende Wohnungseigentümerin. Meine beste Empfehlung.

Positiv: Tolle Wohnung an guter Lage, gut an die Stadt angebunden. Sehr nette und gastfreundliche Gastgeber.

A fantastic place

Positiv: This was one of the best places we stayed in during our many times of travelling. It was not about luxury or anything like this, though the apartment sure is comfortable. The decisive factor was the attention to detail from Cristina, the landlord. It could be noticed in the way the apartment is well equipped, but also in the little gestures, like a personal welcome and remembering to provide is for public parking slips for the final two hours of our stay on Monday :-). The place is also very well located, especially if you are visiting Vienna for a concert at the Stadthalle, which is 3 minutes away on foot.

Negativ: The bed mattresses could be a bit more comfortable, they seem a bit worn out.

Positiv: It was a great experience to stay in that historical apartment, very comfortable, very clean, toys for kids, fully equipped kitchen, super great atmosphere and convenient location. Landlord Kristina was very friendly and ready to assist with any question. Highly recommend to consider this apartment if you plan your visit to Vienna.

Great place

Positiv: Great place near communication U-bahn and also near Lidl. Comfortable beds and great kithcen and toilet/shower area. Spacious.

Negativ: No complaints at all

Positiv: We are very happy that we chose these apartments, which we really liked. The photos are absolutely identical to reality. Very spacious and clean room, clean bedding and all towels, comfortable beds (including pillows and blankets), kitchen utensils in absolutely perfect condition (there is even a dishwasher in the kitchen). Very clean bathtub, toilet, there are all the necessary powders, soap, shampoo, shower gel. Very clean tap water and very strong water pressure in the bathroom which is a big plus. The apartments are in a great location, a couple of minutes from the metro and tram. A very beautiful area, a huge supermarket “Lidl” is two minutes from the apartments. Special thanks to the incredibly responsive, kind and attentive hostess, who took care of impeccable comfort. We received incredible pleasure from staying in these apartments.

Sparkling clean, spacious, well equipped. Warm and professional host. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Positiv: It's well-connected, quiet at night, squeaky clean, well furnished with a washer-dryer, fully equipped kitchen. I appreciate the details that are often neglected: inside the closets, all the kitchen utensils, the linens. The apartment was deeply clean, not just on the surface. Kristina is responsive and accomodating.

Positiv: Excellent place for families to visit Vienna. Located near Westbahnhof, direct connection to main train station, to Schönbrunn, walking distace from Mariahilferstraße, it is all a treveller might want. The flat was incredibly clean, fully equiped including all necessities for small kids. Highly recommended, will come back!
