Positiv: Das Appartement war außergewöhnlich! Wir hatten alles was wir gebraucht haben und der Vermieter war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Had a wonderful stay at this apartment!

Positiv: I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Good for family with kids. The location is great, with parking conveniently located right in front of the building. It's nice that at the 1st floor there is a restaurant and also there are Billa and Hofer groceries market. Accessing the room was a breeze, and the apartment itself was incredibly nice and comfortable. The design is modern and well-thought-out, making it feel both cozy and stylish. The area was quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. The only small downside was that not all the elevators were working during my stay, you needed to switch between them, but it didn't cause too much inconvenience. Overall, a fantastic place!

Positiv: Very nice, modern and new apartment equipped with everything you need. Next to it there are bus stations that afterwards connect with tram stations or metro so you can easily reach the city center or other important landmarks in Viena. Very good WI-FI too.

Negativ: Ordinary the check in is set too late ,15:00. I consider it very impractical to check-in in the afternoon when you come for sightseeing as tourist and you want to use maximum the whole day. Although, upon request you can check in earlier depending on the availability and readiness of the apartment.

Really nice and Modern, would stay again. Great location.

Positiv: Property was located in a great area, it has a gym and restaurants and two shops within the building so very convenient. The Room was very modern and tidy, bedroom was comfy and the views across the whole apartment was great you could see the mountains and sunset. The bathroom was really nice and clean, shower and bath was nice and there was also a washing machine located in the cupboards. I loved the walk in wardrobe as there was plenty of storage everywhere. Also the TV in the living area rotates into the bedroom area of the room which meant you could watch TV on the sofa or in bed.

Negativ: N/A

Positiv: The bed was comfortable, kitchen well equipped ( I was just missing salt). Conditioner was the saver because it was +35 at day time.. Connection with the town we used tram line 1 that goes into the center. 650 m uphill the street and on the right next to the park there is a stop. Parking is available that was important. We paid 15 eur per night

Negativ: The glass table could have some pads to put the plate or cup on it

Positiv: The room had everything we needed (including washing machine, ironing and a good central air conditioner). The location is bit far from the inner city but the bus station is right in front of the building, so the transportation was easy. There were two big supermarkets underneath it. The owner of the room was friendly and helpful. It was really easy to enter the room.

Negativ: It would be better if the room had a broom for the daily cleaning.

Very nice apartment, clean and good position for bus and shops for groceries. We would return there.

Positiv: The apartment was great, modern, bright, very comfy, with a wonderful walk-in closet. Close to two different routes / bus stops just 5 mins walk. We used Bus 15A to get around and to the underground station. Shops for groceries were basically on ground floor of same building, plus a restaurant. Very neat and nice new kitchen facilities, although we did not cook as we ate all our meals out. Very easy to find. We would go back again.

Negativ: There were not enough clothes hangers for the two of us for 9 nights that we stayed. Also, there was no washing machine and no microwave oven which would have been good for the length of our stay. I would have liked a change of clean towels after 5 nights.

Positiv: Divan apartman prije svega jako toplo i cisto. Vrlo lagana komunikacija sa vlasnicima. Blizina trgovina, u prizemlju zgrade se nalaze dvije. Kuhinja dobro opremljena sve nam se zaista dopalo.
