II Close to Schönbrunn - Time to Relax

Positiv: Sehr gute Lage, sehr sauber, Garagen Parkplatz ...

Negativ: Das Badezimmer ist leider sehr klein

Positiv: Sehr gute Kommunikation. Alles war sauber und die Ausstattung ist prima. Gute Lage und Tiefgarage in der Nähe ( im Preis inbegriffen).

Positiv: Clean and nice little apartment. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped and great to use. The instructions provided by the host were clear, nice, and very detailed, which made the check-in and stay easy. Overall, the space was pleasant and cozy, making it a good choice for a short stay.

Negativ: We didn’t feel very comfortable in terms of safety. The entry doors to the apartment were only light interior doors, and if the neighbors from the other apartment don’t lock the main entrance, it’s easy for anyone to step into the entry hall. There was also a lot of noise coming from the kitchen and the hallway behind the original doors, which were barricaded. However, you can lock both the apartment entrance door and the bedroom door, which helps you feel a bit more secure.

Positiv: The location is amazing, within walking distance to the Schonbrunn Palace, very close to supermarkets like Aldi and Billa, very clean and comfy. We did not cook but the kitchen has what you need. It was very important to us that it had free parking, we left the car at the parking garage and used public transportation and had no worries. Everything is great, we’ll come again.

Positiv: We absolutely loved this place! The location was great, the place was so clean and tidy, it had everything we needed and we got all the assistance we needed. Practical stay if you need a private underground parking included

Positiv: Easy self-check-in, very detailed instructions. Nespresso coffee machine and pods. Parking garage is pretty close (3-400m) and you have a specific parking place just for yourself. There was a tower fan in the bedroom.

Negativ: The apartment was quite tiny, had no insect screens at the windows, so you can’t leave the windows open if the light is on, otherwise flies and mosquitoes will easily find their way in. Both bathrooms are really small and the bathroom sinks are especially tiny, annoyingly so.

Positiv: Very nice location, and having a garage for parking was a big plus. Apartment was really clean.

Positiv: Great location. Clean and new apartment. Free parking garage.

Negativ: Bed matress was a bit to stiff for my liking. But my girlfriend she liked it a lot. So maybe that is more of a personal prefference.

Positiv: Отличное местоположение, рядом с метро (10 мин) и остановкой автобуса (1мин). Много продуктовых магазинов поблизости. Есть возможность оставить машину в паркинге (7-10 минут от апартаментов). Было тепло и уютно. Все для комфортного проживания ( кроме стиральной машины, но знали это заране). Все инструкции понятные,удобные и четкие, размещение простое. Общение с хозяевами было оперативным и приятным.

Negativ: Шум из подъезда рядом и в момент пребывания был очень громкий ремонт с утра в соседних апартаментах (нам не очень повезло во время пребывания, к концу почти закончилось). Было бы здорово иметь полочку в душе, чтобы разместить свои вещи, а также шкаф в спальне для одежды, но это мелочи.

Positiv: Objekat je veoma čist i na izvrsnoj lokacji sa parkingom u garaži. Komunikacija sa vlasnikom perfektna.

Negativ: Zamerke uvek može da ih bude ali ja neću dati ni jednu za ovaj smeštaj.
