Positiv: Bin das zweite mal in diesem außergewöhnlichem Apartment zur Übernachtung. An der tollen Atmosphäre hat sich natürlich nichts verändert. Diese Luxus das man angefangen vom kostenlosen Parkhaus aus mit dem Aufzug in die Wohnung kommt oder das man von der Wohnungstür raus in den Aufzug rein und direkt in den Gasometer Einkaufscenter kommt ist ein riesen Vorteil. In der Wohnung selber hat man an alles nötige für den Alltag gedacht.
Negativ: Die Schlafmatraze ist in die Jahre gekommen.

Positiv: Alle infos 1 Tag vorher erhalten. Alles super ausführlich erklärt. Musste kurzfristig was fragen und darauf hin kam sofort eine Rückmeldung. Lage Top, Aussicht Top, Atmosphäre Top. In der Wohnung ist alles nötige vorhanden. Kostenloser Parkplatz mit Aufzug direkt zur Haustür. Auch der Zugang direkt zu allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist einfach Luxus pur.
Negativ: Einige Ausstattungen sind schon relativ veraltet. Matratze vom Bett ist nicht mehr bequem, man kann nicht mehr gut darin liegen.

Everything was perfectly fine.
Positiv: Everything was absolutely fine. Very well located, downtown is minutes away by metro. The parking garage is very good. The apartment itself is clean, nicely furnished and equipped with everything.

Nice apartment with everything you might need, close to the metro, supermarket and restaurants
Positiv: It is a nice apartment in an old industrial facility renovated into whole living quarter with supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants, even with the concert hall. The apartment itself is quite spacious, and has everything we needed - from washing machine to fully equipped kitchen and a nice view on the city outskirts.

Architecture, large space, parking, without airco
Positiv: quite large apartment, great fridge with ice b, interesting space in new build within old industrial gasometer place, music box Parking is free, but even if it wouldn’t be the costs are rather small, 7EUR a day
Negativ: No air-con, but I was not careful when booking, two fans provided partially solve the problem Finding the place and apartment requires some time as only online and texting support is available Windows cannot be fully open, so in combination without air conditioning it creates a feeling of missing some air circulation

Great location, great apartz
Positiv: The Apartment was spacious and perfect for a couple. Everything was there what you need for a comfortable stay, it had a washing machine, a dishwasher, hair dryer, even hair curlers if you needed. The free parking was great, and the access to public transport another bonus. The subway station is down from the next building and you can walk there indoors. The subway is the best way to get around Vienna, and it's also very good value id you buy a weekly ticket. The apartment is on line 3 which brings you straight to the center. There is a supermarket downstairs as well, that's very convenient.
Negativ: The kitchen could have done with a hood over the stove but that's a minor thing and more a minus for the owner of the apartment. Anyway in Vienna I hazard a guess - like us, mostly you eat out ☺️

Excellent from every perspective
Positiv: 11/10 Perfect stay! Instructions for self check-in were super nice! Underground parking 👌 The building is awesome 💯 The apartment is on the 7th floor, beautiful view, very spacious, everything was super clean and tidy. There is a subway station and shopping complex immediately next to the apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. Definitely recommend to anyone 👍

Positiv: Vybarne zariadeny apartman z garazou v dome a takisto aj obchody po ruke ani na ulicu nemusite vychadzat a z bytu ste v potravinach alebo drogerii. Takze super. Boli sme tu mesiac aj Vianoce a Silvester sme tu prezili takze spomienky budeme mat urcite na cely zivot.... dakujeme
Negativ: Nemali sme kod od výťahu na minus 4 poschodi takze sme museli chodit dve poschodia pesi aby sme potom mohli ist vytahom....
