Positiv: Tolle Wohnung für einen Aufenthalt mit guter Ausstattung und schönem Zimmer.

Positiv: Die Wohnung liegt an einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, wir haben dort gut geschlafen. In Fußnähe gibt es Läden und Restaurants. Sie liegt zwar außerhalb der Stadt, hat aber eine gute Anbindung mit öffentl. Verkehrsmitteln.

Positiv: Very nice apartment, good location. I would recommend having an oven in the microwave, it would be a great convenience.

Positiv: An amazing apartment in a very cozy and quiet district. There is everything you need, a super comfortable kitchen with all the utensils and lovely dishes. Spacious bathroom with good lightning. The room is very airy with a soft bed. The cleanliness of the apartment is impressive. Wifi connection is excellent. The supermarket is just round the corner, the same with the tram station, the subway station is 10 mis away. Special thanks to the owner, Clemens is a very attentive and positive person. He helped us with everything we needed, and even came to welcome us on arrival. One of the best place I have ever stayed at. Will definitely come back again.

An excellent stay with great facilities, location and value for money.

Positiv: The apartment was spacious with lots of cupboards and helpful facilities. The location was very good for accessing the city and the Wienerwald by public transport. There was a very good Spar supermarket with a restaurant nearby as well as bars and restaurants.

Negativ: A microwave would have been useful. A separate toaster rather than in the oven would have been good. Could not get one of the Austrian TV channels on the Digital TV.

Clean, comfortable and conveniently located near public transport.

Positiv: Clean and comfortable apartment in the Ottakring. Conveniently located with tram stations for lines 10 and 2 which lead to city centre and everywhere you need, with changes to many other tram- and underground-lines. You are only half an hour away from all the attractions and sights, by public transport. Heating is exceptional, as is the kitchen which has everything one could need during a long stay. We were without a car as we arrived by plane and used the great public transport. But there is public street parking available for an hourly fee, or a nearby P+R Ottakring which is much cheaper, and really not so far. For those to whom it matters, the key collection or if you like check-in and check-out are completely contactless and efortless.

Week-end de rêve dans cet appartement confortable

Positiv: Le lit était très confortable, la cuisine et la salle de bain fonctionnelles. Clemens était également très agréable lors de notre arrivée. L’appartement est situé à moins de 30 minutes en transports du centre de Vienne.

Negativ: La pièce principale donne sur la rue mais nous n’avons pas trouvé ça particulièrement gênant grâce aux rideaux.

Positiv: L'appartamento era molto pulito, situato in un luogo calmissimo e molto bello l'arredamento. C'erano tutti i comfort. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibile.

Negativ: Onestamente era tutto perfetto
