Gemütliche Unterkunft für eine Familie, alles gut mit Öffis zu erreichen, sehr freundlicheGastgeber.

Positiv: Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, ist sehr gut für eine Familie geeignet und alles war perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Die U-Bahn in das Stadtzentrum ist schnell zu erreichen. Parken in einer payuca Garage in der Nähe über die Woche war unkompliziert. Am Wochenende findet man relativ einfach einen kostenfreien Parplatz auf der Straße vorm Haus.

Negativ: Als (wirklich) einziges hat uns ein Wasserkocher gefehlt.

Cozy, quiet, safe and warm apartment

Positiv: The apartment is the one in the presentation pictures. It has two separate rooms with two double beds and a bathroom. It is situated in a quiet and safe area, with a metro station nearby and a well-stocked grocery store nearby. The building is clean and well-maintained. The elevator that goes to the front door is a very practical aspect. The apartment is clean, warm, and very quiet. Communication with the owner was excellent. We had a very good time.

Negativ: In some areas of the apartment, the internet is not very good.

Perfect weekend at Schönbrunn Palace area.

Positiv: cozy, clean, well equipped, great location. Owner was easy to reach and was very nice and helpful.

Negativ: not a particular thing to mention. Parking rules were not straightforward in the area but that’s either my limited understanding, or whole Vienna is difficult I guess.

A very warm overall impression. Thank you to the hosts for such a cozy home for the weekend.

Positiv: A very clean and cozy apartment that feels like home. The supermarket and metro station are close by. Check-in was smooth, and the host provided a very helpful guide with parking and public transport information. The apartment has almost everything you need: a hair dryer, plenty of dishes and cooking utensils (special thanks for the cooking oil), a dishwasher, a capsule coffee machine, and a radiator with adjustable temperature.

Negativ: The main inconvenience was the very poor Wi-Fi: the signal was weak and the connection constantly dropped, making it difficult to use. It was also a bit unusual that there was no electric kettle, so we had to boil water in a pot to make tea. Additionally, the kitchen hood was not working. This did not cause any issues for us, but I wanted to mention it in case the hosts were not aware.

Positiv: The apartment was beautiful, clean, very warm and fragrant rooms. The hosts are too good and very kind. Parking is nearby, as is Schonnbrun Castle, just a few minutes from the property. Huge recommendation for this accommodation, we will definitely come back again.

Excellent apartment with small flaws that can be easy fixed.

Positiv: - Very good location: close to the subway, Spar supermarket (closed on Sunday!) and the Schonbrunn park. - Responsive staff: we asked for several things and got them the same day - OK mattresses, not the best I slept on, but comfortable. Bamboo base of the bed in the bedroom is a bit creaky, but not a real problem, only if you are a superlight sleeper, maybe. - Good set of kitchenware - Portable AC! Not sure if it stays till the next summer, better ask in advance. - Lots of storage space - Quiet. The inner windows face kindergarten, can be a bit noisy during recess, if you sleep till noon with open windows, pay attention, otherwise, not a problem. Besides, other bed is in the living room, no noise there.

Negativ: - Very weak wifi, didn't manage to fix it during our stay and I doubt that it's possible. The tv couldn't be used with that wifi. Suggestion to the owners: just put somewhere in the apartment a simple smartphone with a hotspot and everything will be just fine. - More bathroom towels hooks. If there are more than two people in the apartment - no proper place for hanging towels. Just add a hook or two in the bathroom. - No proper solution for clothes drying, it does have an impact during the long stay. We've managed, but it would be nice to have some drying rack (maybe the staff has it and we just forgot to ask). - Poor light in the kitchen, some extra simple led lamp will solve the problem. - Several steps before reaching the elevator. Didn't affect us though.

Positiv: This is a fourth time for us in Vienna and this apparent is the best. Very clean, excellent location, very pleasant and welcoming owners. I recommend it very high!

Positiv: We like the apartment. They also prepare us an extra sofa bed, so our two kids slept in separate beds.

Negativ: We had agreed to use the parking lot, but they couldn't find the garage key. We got another parking spot a few hours later, but until then we had unnecessary extra costs with parking in the area. The internet connection is very poor. The apartment has a large TV with Netflix, but we couldn't use it because the internet connection couldn't be established for all three days. Too bad because otherwise we were really happy with the apartment.

Nice, clean, cosy and very pleasant apartment. Better pillows and more attention to the balcony would make it amaizing.

Positiv: Nice and clean apartment, very well equipped. Easy communication.

Negativ: Parking spot wasn’t available but there is garage near by. Pillows and mattresses are not good.
