Apartments in Hundertwasser Village

Positiv: Die zentrale Lage war super, die Wohnung großzügig geschnitten, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber top.

Positiv: Die Lage, die Ruhe, die Sauberkeit - der Kontakt mit den Mitarbeitern war perfekt und sehr professionell. Alles ist bestens organisiert!!!

Negativ: Ich hatte ehrlich gesagt mit einer anderen Wohnung gerechnet - es war etwas verwirrend weil es so viele unterchiedliche Bilder der Wohnung zu sehen waren und ich hatte mich auf die Wohnung mit den schönen Fenstern und der Treppe schon sehr gefreut - das fand ich etwas schade

Positiv: Thera are three newly built appartment just above the Hundertwasserhouse village it is 2 min walking distance to Hundertwasserhouse itself, but windows directed to the opposite direction, 5 min to the Danube channel, the largest Vienna park Prater also in a walking distance, you also can take tram N1 to go there, in general tram N1 will bring you to the most famous sightseeing points. The flat, i was afraid since it is newly built, we will hear everything through the paper walls, but no, we did not hear guests of the other rooms even though there were kids. Bed was comfi, even though it was rather soft (we prefer hard matras), but no back issues after or during the night. Floor covering is good quality, clean bathroom and toilet, enough towels, capsule coffee mashine and the most important very responsive host.

Negativ: It is not what we did not like, but it is why we did not rate it 10 from 10. Since it is busy turistic area, i think appartment very offten in use and there's signs of it on the white walls, on the table surface, also with all the lightnings in the flat turned on it was still quiet dark, top bedroom was colder, also in a cold time you absolutely need slippers. But all in all we did not have a feeling of a dirty place, bed linen was absolutely white, no bad smells and so on. These are not drawbacks, but minor shortcomings.

Positiv: Satisfied with the stay and the helpful host. Clean.

Negativ: No shower gel or shampoo provided.

A wonderful stay in vienna

Positiv: Our stay was amazing the apartment was as in the photos, heating and hot water was more than enough,the cleanliness of the house was top , our communication with our host Mr. Jan was very direct and friendly. Public transport very near the corner The check in was very easy.I give it 10 stars because it has no more stars to give.

Nice apartment in a nice neighborhood. The staff was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our time.

Positiv: The apartment was clean, with nice spaces, and with air conditioning definitely helpful for a couple days of our visit). It was also convenient to the Straßenbahn, Wien-Mitte, Prater, and shops and restaurants.

Negativ: The apartment was a little empty, which made it feel a little echo-y. It had a kitchen with a stove and oven, but almost no tools or basic pantry items to cook with (like kitchen knives, salt, or other spices).
