Große Wohnung für Gruppe gut geeignet
Positiv: Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, U-Bahn-Station Friedensbrücke ist in der Nähe; Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bäckerei und Drogerie ist ums Eck. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen im Erdgeschoss und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war freundlich. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war hervorragend: Spülmittel, Putzlappen, Tee, Gewürze, Küchenutensilien, Spiele, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher; es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung hat 2 große Schlafzimmer und ein kleines Zimmer mit gemütlicher Schlafcouch. Die Zimmer sind ausgestattet mit Schränken und Schreibtischen, und die Betten waren hervorragend. Die Wohnung war sauber, und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Aus diesem Grund können wir die Wohnung empfehlen.
Negativ: Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat kein Tageslicht im kleinen Zimmer, in der Küche und im Essbereich, aber die vielen Vorteile der Wohnung gleichen dieses Manko aus.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und die Zeit in Wien sehr genossen.
Positiv: Große, ruhige Wohnung und die Möglichkeit unseren Hund mitzunehmen. Die Lage mit angrenzendem Park und Anbindung in die Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren fußläufig zu erreichen.
Negativ: Kleines Ameisenproblem, aber das kann in einer Altbauwohnung und Parterre + Sommer überall mal vorkommen.

Perfect place for a family stay
Positiv: Its very spacious and cozy. All facilities are new and beds are supercomfy. I especially appreciate that the kitchen was packed: from glasses to coffee and tea. The area is quiet and nice, there is a 10 minute walk to the metro, but bus stop is literally behind the corner. The park nearby is cool with old ww2 towers.

Positiv: The host is nice, very helpful. i arrived earlier than expected time, and she who initially allow us to leave our luggage while the cleaning lady finishes her work, allowed us to check in earlier as the cleaning lady finishes her work already. the apartment is spacious enough for our family, 3 rooms, with 2 rooms with queen bed, and another room with sofa bed that turned into queen sized bed- comfortable enough. the apartment is fairly clean. the kitchen well equipped with dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, and cooking utensils. washing machine is there, with drying rack. 1 toilet & 1 bathroom. location is nice, near augarten park- suitable for my family, and has multiple halal restaurant (i am muslim family), and near multiple bas/ tram stations.
Negativ: nothing that i really did not like. only points for improvement, i would suggest that you put fabric/ plastic divider in the bathroom as the water spills during bathe as there was no door dividing the bathroom & toilet. i would suggest to put a fan (even a small/ portable one would suffice) in each bedroom as it can be a bit stuffy upon returning to the room in the evening, and while waiting for ac to function

Positiv: Super market is near by so you can buy things for your breakfast and lunch to cook. There is a bus stop near the location with which you can travel to the city center.
Negativ: There was no extra toilet paper for 7 days stay.

Positiv: El apartamento es amplio, cómodo y acogedor. Tiene todos los elementos necesarios para garantizar una excelente estadía. Cocina super equipada, secador de cabello, lavarropas. La ubicación es muy cómoda para llegar al centro histórico. Tiene disponible una cochera privada a 2 cuadras muy conveniente. Nos manejamos en auto, pero si no quieres lidiar con el tránsito, es mejor tomar el metro. Giselle e Ingo fueron muy amables y atentos, sin dudas volveremos a elegir Casa Nostra para una próxima visita a Viena. 100% recomendable!!

מאוד נהנו מהדירה, מהמרחים, פחות מהמיקום, אבל לקחנו את זה בחשבון
Positiv: החדרים גדולים, המטבח יחסית מאובזר, פינת אוכל נחמדה, המארחים מאוד נחמדים, המקום נקי מאוד, הדירה בקומת קרקע, אין צורך לעלות מדרגות. המיטות היו נוחות וגם הכריות נוחות, יש מספר סופרמרקט מאוד קרובים לדירה
Negativ: המיקום מעט רחוק מהמרכז, הדירה בנויה כך שאין כמעט חלל מרכזי לשבת כמשפחה, חדר הרחצה בנוי בצורה מוזרה, כך שהמקלחת והשירותים מחוברים. כפי שכתבו לפני, אין מספיק טבליות למדיח כלים, אנחנו הבאנו איתנו עוד טבליות. המטבח קצת קטן, אבל אנחנו הסתדרנו

Bon séjour
Positiv: - l'accueil chaleureux de l'hôte qui nous donne toutes les infos nécessaires à savoir - appartement équipé avec deux grandes chambres (haut plafond) - la 3e est plus petite mais c'est très convenable pour notre fille - la réactivité de l'hôte pour remplacer immédiatement une ampoule qui ne fonctionnait pas bien - il y a des magasins et restaurants tout au tour. - le transport en commun (les trams) est à quelques minutes à pied
Negativ: - petit bémol de l'appartement: une petite odeur des égouts qui remonte dans la salle d'eau qui est assez désagréable mais bon on a ouvert la fenêtre (il n'y a pas encore de chauffage donc ça va ;)) - si la salle à manger était un tout peu petit peu plus grande ce serait parfaite.
