Positiv: Sehr nettes Vermieter-Ehepaar. Ich habe mich in dem Appartment sehr wohl gefühlt.,Das Apartment war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und im Treppenhaus befanden sich sogar Waschmachine und Trockner TV und Internet funktionierten bestens. Die Wege zu diversen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln waren kurz und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren ebenfalls nah.

Gemütliche Unterkunft für einen Wien Teipp
Positiv: Die Unterkunft bietet alles, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Fahrräder können im Innenhof geparkt werden und sogar Bügeleisen und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Eine Bahnstation ist unweit entfernt und mit Fahrrädern benötigt man maximal 15 Minuten ins Zentrum.
Negativ: Wir haben alle Küchen-Bestandteile noch einmal gereinigt und der Check-In/Out waren eher „Freestyle“.

If I return to Vienna I would definitely consider staying here again
Positiv: The accommodation was perfect for a week long conference in Vienna. Super close to a well stocked supermarket (EuroSpar) and bus, and tram and metro stations. Nice and spacious (I was alone) and cool, but with heating if required. The flat was very clean and the hosts incredibly responsive.

Positiv: The apartment was close to 59a bus route which ran extremely frequently...ideal for getting into vienna centre. This warm apartment is in a quiet and safe location with a small supermarket and simple restaurant just round the corner. The host was knowledgeable and very helpful. They very kindly offered us an extra night due to our delayed flight which meant we arrived a day late. Unfortunately we weren't able to extend our stay but the gesture was much appreciated!
Negativ: Perhaps the apartment is a bit smaller than the photos suggested but as we weren't there much it didn't really affect us.

Enjoyable and would do it again.
Positiv: This was a small apartment: bedroom with a table and a TV; a bathroom, and an entrance-area and kitchen. Everything worked well and was very clean. The host lived in the same building, was very friendly, and very talkative. Not very negative but should be known to others: One must climb two floors, each with 22 steps to get to the apartment. Two blocks away was a Spar food market; well stocked, reasonable prices. The location is about 4 km from the big sights in Vienna. One can walk 2 blocks to the 59A bus going to near the Opera or 2 blocks opposite direction to BB (62) tram going to Karlsplatz or 2.5 Blocks to tram 18 for connections to U-Bahn (subway/underground) Line 1. Overall, transit takes about 25-30 minutes to center.
Negativ: It was nice to have a washer and dryer but that could have been better. The washer was on the second floor (European naming; third floor American naming) and the dryer on the first floor. Because of evening noise restrictions they were not convenient to use.

Loved it would choose this apartment again for sure
Positiv: The location is brilliantly served by tram and underground with a short tram journey. Warm when you need it . Cool at night if that’s preferred option, but never freezing. Hot shower. Washing machine , tumble dryer, clothes dryer, hair dryer. Tea, coffee, salt pepper, washing up liquid, washing powder, cloth and sponge, plenty of tea towels and towels. Excellent Host delightful and English speaking. Oven a bonus . Fantastic Spar supermarket 2 mins round the corner.
Negativ: Only one relaxing chair. Kitchen equipment sparse. Only one pan for oven. Only one shelf in oven. OVEN GLOVES - essential. Oven with nothing to prevent a burn when dealing with hot pan. HEALTH and SAFETY. No suitable mats for hot oven pan to protect surfaces. No casserole dish. Glass dish for oven. Glass mixing bowl. Whisking eggs for scrambled egg in a cup, not easy. Only one good saucepan. Others seen better days for sure! No sieve, veg strainer, slotted spoon , garlic press, flexible spatula. Not everyone needs all or any of above but l think they are basics for self catering and not difficult to provide. I have food allergies so some self catering is part of my holiday. Needless to say l did manage with what was there but with the above added to the kitchen, would have be even better.

Excellent option not far from the city center if you like cozy appartments.
Positiv: This is a very cozy, neat, and clean apartment, not far from the city center and Schonbrunn Palace. Several stops of public transport nearby, including a metro station. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. There is everything you need in the apartment (I stayed there for 10 days).
Negativ: Wi-Fi connection was not always stable.
