Positiv: Wir hatten eine großzügige Ferienwohnung, das Frühstück haben wir uns selbst gemacht. Die Straßenbahn Haltestelle war ziemlich nahe dabei, die Bahnen fuhren sehr oft, alle 5 bis 10 Minuten.

Negativ: Ungünstig war, dass an der separaten Toilette kein Handwaschbecken war, dafür ins Bad gehen musste. Aber das ist ein sehr kleiner „Schönheitsfehler“

Positiv: Very cozy and clean. The location is very good. It takes about 15 minutes by tram to the center.

Positiv: We prefer out of centre places to stay so this was perfect, apartment was spotless, everything you would need was there, good WiFi, good selection of coffee, maybe some tea bags would have been good.would come back when staying in Vienna again

Negativ: The original entrance to the whole apartment complex is a little weathered, maybe a coat of paint would freshen it up. I prefer a frim pillow and the ones on bed were very soft, but that's a personal thing.

Pleasant apartment with a comfortable setup and in a convenient location. Good value for money!

Positiv: There was ample space for me and the two members of my family staying at the property. The apartment was fully furnished and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches throughout—for example, tasteful crockery and cutlery, brand-new kitchen towels and an apron for the cook, complimentary coffee and sugar for guests, and more than enough clothes hangers. The bed mattresses and pillows were really comfortable, and the linen and covers were very tasteful. There was a large smart TV available, and we always had hot water with good pressure. Despite the fact that the location is not near the historical centre of Vienna, it was ideal, as it was right next to public transport that quickly took us to the city centre. There are at least two supermarkets just a couple of blocks away, making it easy to pick up ingredients for breakfast or dinner. At no point did we feel the area was unsafe, and being away from the noise of the tourist-heavy areas was a bonus.

Negativ: On the first night of our arrival, the main door—which was supposed to be open for us—was closed, and we felt unsure about what to do next. I tried calling the two contact numbers provided, but unfortunately, there was no answer. Luckily, a kind lady let us in, and we managed to reach the correct floor and locate the keys by following the instructions. The hosts did reach out later, but everything had been sorted in the meantime. The entrance to the building did not appear well maintained, and as a first impression, it was not very reassuring. However, we overlooked this once we reached our floor, where the hallway looked fine and everything was clean and orderly. Perhaps what could be added to the apartment is a washing machine, a mop, a broom, and a pasta strainer—small additions that would make a noticeable difference for guests staying longer.

Positiv: Everything one could need was already available at the apartment. Iskra replied fast and was extremely friendly. We loved the place it was cozy and beautiful!

Negativ: A bit hard to find proper parking around the area

Positiv: Appartamento in posizione strategica vicino ai mezzi e ben servita con supermercati sotto casa. Zona tranquilla.

Positiv: The apartment is located very near to subway, there are four different supermarkets within just a few minutes of walk and few cafeterias, 2 of them in the same building. Apartment is well equipped and provided everything we needed,

Negativ: Really nothing

Υπέροχη διαμονή.

Positiv: Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πάρα πολύ ωραίο, με πολλές παροχές από τον οικοδεσπότη, η περιοχή ήταν πολύ καλή και σίγουρα θα ήθελα να μείνω εκεί αν επισκεφτώ ξανά την Βιέννη.

Negativ: Δεν βρήκα κάτι αρνητικό.

下一次回去维也纳还是会选择入住

Positiv: 房间非常干净明亮，踏入就会让人感觉到很舒服，从很多小细节来看，可以感受到屋主对这间家的照顾和热爱。我们三个人，想寻找可以分开两间房间的住宿，这里满足了我们的需求。入住时通过WhatsApp 跟屋主联系拿到进房子的方式，很简单明了。屋主也提供了很完善的设备。步行不到4分钟就可以抵达电车站。

Negativ: 夏季我们打开窗让空气可以流入房子。因为靠近街道，所以会听到电车汽车的声音。睡觉时候可能会有些干扰直到半夜。
