Danube family deluxe retreat

Positiv: Die Sauberkeit, der Ort und die Lage der Wohnung waren ausgezeichnet. mit dem Auto 15 Minuten zum Stadtzentrum. aber die Straße war sehr ruhig, wenn man Ruhe zum Schlafen am Ende des Tages braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren sehr gut (obwohl es Feiertage waren), aber wir sahen Supermarkt (Lidl) und Bäckerei waren 3 min zu Fuß

Negativ: die Parkmöglichkeiten waren sehr begrenzt und wir mussten weit weg parken

Positiv: Die Wohnung hat für 4 Personen eine tolle Größe und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist verkehrstechnisch sehr gut, der Bus 11 hält quasi vor der Haustür, zur U2 sind es wenige Minuten zu Fuß, zur U1 nur wenige Haltestellen mit dem Bus. Ein Spar-Markt, Lidl und ein Bäcker sind in 2-3 Min. zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, hier lies es sich trotz Außentemperaturen von bis zu 33°C gut aushalten.

Negativ: Das Haus wird gerade Modernisiert, das trübt vielleicht etwas den Gesamteindruck, hat uns aber nicht wirklich gestört.

Positiv: Die Wohnung war sauber und alles vom Feinsten immer wieder .

Positiv: Alles hat es mir gefallen. Der Vermieter war immer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss und sehr schön dekoriert. Alles ist in der Nähe.

Neues und super ausgestattetes, geräumiges Apartment in vorteilhafter Lage Wiens.

Positiv: Neu renoviertes Apartment mit kompletter Ausstattung - wie beschrieben. Super Lage im 2. Bezirk (zwischen Donau und Zentrum, nahe Prater). Noch nicht gentrifiziertes Viertel. Gute Infrastruktur. Großer SPAR mit 90 Min. freier Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage gegenüber. Sehr gutes PLV zu Saisonbeginn. Nette und hilfreiche Kommunikation.

Negativ: Parkmöglichkeiten außerhalb des Wochenendes in Wien kostenpflichtig (nicht Sache des Vermieters).

Perfect family stay.

Positiv: Amazing place and very family friendly. A 3 minute walk to the train station which easily connects you to the city in a few stops. Across the road was a couple of supermarkets and we were able to cook dinner in the apartment very easily. We felt safe, warm and comfortable. It was a very spacious and central stay!

Negativ: The shower does leak onto the floor when in use.

Great city break combined with the attendance of an international conference by two of the family members.

Positiv: Located at walking distance to the conference centre.

Negativ: Building not yet refurbished, but was quiet during the night.

Vienna holiday

Positiv: Location and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance

Negativ: Shower or sink has a leak. No impact to the holiday but if I was the owner I’d get it fixed.

Great apartment in perfect location

Positiv: Very good apartment in great neighborhood, really close to public transport. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, as well as the Prater. So, the location is perfect! The apartment itself has all the necessary conveniences: perfect wi-fi, smart TV, the kitchen is very well equipped too. The size of rooms is small, but it didn’t matter to us at all, since we were out during the daytime. The hosts were very welcoming and amiable, they kindly allowed us to check in a bit earlier and check out later, we appreciate that a lot! I would definitely recommend staying in this apartment!

Negativ: The only minor issue we had was with the shower - it was leaking somewhere beneath and the floor was wet after taking a shower. But that was just a minor inconvenience

I recommend this accommodation and I will gladly stay in these apartments again

Positiv: Apartment is in good place for transport, food shops and walking. A lot of place, good for stay with children, separate bath, toilet , kitchen, leaving room with a big table , 2 bedrooms.

Negativ: in some places there is dirt, which negatively affects the good impression of the apartment. namely: in the drawers of the bath, on the microwave oven a thick layer of dust. everything else is good, the bed and dishes are nice and clean.
