Sehr zentrales Stadtapartment - Nice Central City Apartment

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in prima Lage

Positiv: Super nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin, angenehmes Apartment mit allem, was man braucht, bequeme Matratzen und Polster, Lage im 7.Bezirk ist großartig (es ist einfach mein Grätzl...), trotz U-Bahn-Baustelle meist ruhig, insbesondere nachts kein Problem, für alle, die den Bezirk nicht kennen: viele individuelle Geschäfte, nette Cafés und Restaurants, prima Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, rasch im 1. Bezirk, super ÖPNV (ist halt Wien).

Negativ: Das Treppenhaus, aber dafür kann die Vermieterin nichts

Appartement ist zentral!

Positiv: Die Lage ist zentral, man kann zu Fuß viel erreichen, öffentliches Verkehr ist auch nah. Das Apartment ist hell, bequem, sauber! Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, freundlich , alle Fragen wurden beantwortet! Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt!

Positiv: großes Apartment, sehr gutes Internet zum Arbeiten, sehr zentral gelegen. ruhig in der Nacht - außer die Baustelle 😅

Negativ: am Bett habe ich eine Lampe/Lichtschalter vermisst.

Positiv: Location was amazing - lovely street, close to main shopping area and short stroll to museum quarter. Grocery store just downstairs was convenient and lovely cafe with great croissants a few doors down. There was a big crane and construction which mean the section of road was closed. Although this was unexpected we didn’t hear any noise and didn’t cause much inconvenience, if anything perhaps the street was quieter being pedestrian only. Apartment was huge and quite beautiful interior with high ceilings; lots of space, very comfortable, bed was great, looks like a pull out couch also although we didn’t use it. Lots of leftover brochures and guidebooks from past guests, cute guestbook. Host was helpful and kind before check in :) Really enjoyed our stay, very homely!!

Negativ: It says there is a washer/dryer in amenities - somewhat misleading. There is a laundry in the basement however it requires a rechargeable card to pay, which can only be loaded up €25 per time - luckily there was enough for one wash on one card from a previous guest, however with our short stay we couldn’t afford to recharge €25 just to use the dryer once following our wash. It is possible to load the card online however very confusing website so may have to go to a tobacconist to recharge. The host took a while to respond to the query about washing and it would have been helpful to know this ahead of time. We think there is wifi however couldn’t find the password anywhere.

Positiv: I had a great stay at this apartment! The location was excellent — close to everything I needed and very convenient for getting around. The space itself was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making it easy to feel at home. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Perfect stay in Vienna

Positiv: Perrrfect stay in Vienna! The apt is located in a very central location, you can walk anywhere or use metro which is 5mins walk away. The place is very cozy and well equipped. Definitely staying again if I'm back to Vienna ❤️

Wonderful stay at a beautiful apartment close to attractions.

Positiv: Close to the city Restaurants and bars within 1-5 minutes walking Supermarket just by the entrance Beautiful apartment

Negativ: It was a bit dirty in some areas and the bedsheets weren’t very clean.

Positiv: i've lived in many different places in Vie and this was definitely the best location, various sightseeing, districts, metro lines available from here. we could get to the apartment comfortably even with heavy suitcases (by the metro, which has elevators). neubau is the best district for those who like the swirl of the big city but want to experience the local lifestyle outside the historic centre. the flat was quiet given it's central location, despite the subway construction we had no problem to relax even with the windows open. in the kitchen and bathroom there was everything we needed. extremely comfortable bed:) there's no washing machine in the apartment.

Negativ: i would not fault anything, the price-performance ratio absolutely excellent!

Positiv: Convenient location close to main attractions, lots of cafes and restaurants around

Negativ: They are building a metro line on the street, the work is a bit noisy.

Positiv: Nos pareció super amable la propietaria porque nos permitió ingresar antes al departamento, después de un largo viaje se valora muchísimo. La ubicacion es espectacular, con un supermercado al lado y a una cuadra de una de las mejores zonas de compras
