Gutes Apartment - nur wenige Minuten von der U-Bahn entfernt

Positiv: Gute Lage/Anbindung - leicht mit Öffis zu erreichen. Ausstattung war soweit alles vorhanden. Es war sauber, leicht zu finden und die Anweisungen für den Schlüssel sehr klar. Alles genau wie beschrieben und zu einem guten Preis. Danke für die schönen Tage in Wien

Negativ: Die Wände/Türen sind etwas hellhörig (man hört die Nachbarn bzw. Leute am Gang), aber das hat man in vielen älteren Bauten in Wien. In der Nacht ist aber ruhig und auch kein Lärm.

Positiv: Я почитал много негативных отзывов, но не смотря на это все решил заказать эти апартаменты... Я хочу сказать в первую очередь тем, кто писал негативные отзывы: если вы желаете заказать себе 5 звездочные апартаменты-вперёд в РИКСОС!!! За эту сумму, просто великолепно!!! Жаль что меня вызвали и я не мог там переночевать( работа) . Цена-качество просто прекрасно! Советую всем, кто хочет отдохнуть за небольшие деньги эти апартаменты! Кто сильно превередливый- это не для вас. Есть свои минусы, но что вы хотите за эту сумму? Все было прекрасно, полотенца, кровать, диван, кухня, обеденный стол. Все супер. Подъезд не очень... НО это мелочи. Всем рекомендую, у кого бюджет небольшой.

Positiv: The apartment had a toaster, oven, washing machine - none of those I used, additionally they're a fridge, kettle, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, liquid for dishes. There were only two towels (one big and one small) for three persons. Outside of the apartment is a tram stop number 10, and a few minutes walk subway U3. The apartment was clean. The staff is responding very good during the day. They allowed me to come 17 minutes earlier free of charge. Thank you.

Negativ: The bed linens were dirty, and they wanted to send us the responsible person to change them. The front door doesn't close tight and it's half transparent. There were oily casserole and their dirty covers, one dirty, wet towel in the wardrobe. You can sleep only on the bed which is comfortable. The coaches are horrible, you won't rest sleeping on them. And all furniture (the bed and two coaches) smell cigarettes and perfume, awful. But the scariest thing is the entrance, stairs leading to the apartment, no elevator in the building, and empty bottles from alcohol spirits around in the courtyard and windows. But it doesn't count as the apartment was warm and clean. At 02:29 at night someone tried to get in. Most probably other guests were looking for their apartment.

Positiv: Nous etions 1 coupke acec leurs 2 filles ado: nous avons aimé l'emplacement: tram et épicerie à 50m et metro 400m. Appartement bien chauffé. Quartier calme

Negativ: Nous n'avons pas apprécié la porte d'entrée de l'appartement avec un faux miroir, on nous voyait de l'extérieur. Heureusement nous nous en sommes rendu compte de suite et nous avons condamné un drap pour l'accricher à la porte. Pas assez de serviettes de toilette. Appartement pas propre. Il y avait 3 fourchettes pour 4. Etat dd la literie très limite . Le 1er jour difficile mais après on s'y est habitué. On en a rigolé
