Excellent choice for accommodation in Vienna

Positiv: Everything was according to our expectations, clean, warm, in a great location (close to all types of public transport), good restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The apartment does not face the street and the silence is ideal for relaxation. Equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, extension cables ideal for charging multiple mobiles. Enough mirrors to allow 3 women to get ready at the same time 😊. Totally pleasant atmosphere.

Warm, quiet and comfortable

Positiv: We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! 🏡 The location is fantastic — on a quiet street yet just a short walk from the heart of Vienna. The space was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The apartment has great amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a coffee machine — everything you need to feel at home. The gas heating kept the place warm and cozy, and the self-check-in was super convenient and hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vienna — excellent value and truly a lovely place to stay!

Positiv: The location was really good some 25 mins walking from city center, the apartment was clean. Overall good value for the money.

Negativ: The heating didn’t work for the first and last night of our 3 day stay.

Lo consiglio se non si hanno grandi pretese!

Positiv: L'appartamento é piccolo ma sufficiente per 3 persone, pulito e in una posizione ottima per muoversi nelle varie zone di vienna con i mezzi pubblici. La cucina è piuttosto ben fornita, con addirittura la lavastoviglie e in bagno abbiamo trovato lavatrice e stenditoglio con tavola e ferro da stiro. E ci è stato fornito caffè e the per tutti.

Negativ: Essendo in 3 avremmo gradito avere una sedia per ognuno, ma le sedie erano solo 2. Abbiamo trovato la porta del bagno con la maniglia rotta e un paio di finestre che non chiudevano bene, ma il proprietario ci ha subito garantito la sistemazione della cosa.

Location and flexibility

Positiv: Location! Closed to a lot of bus stops and the U. Kitchen with utensils and coffee maker with supplies. Flexibility of the owner allowing me to extend my check out time. Very easy arrival and check in instructions.

Negativ: Noisy water heater (it sounded like someone was inside the apartment). Neighbors were a bit noisy and heavy walkers upstairs.

Positiv: The appartment is in an excellent location, in the centre, close to all the sights, in a beautiful and quiet area, with pleasant cafés and shops within walking distance. The appartment is comfortable and clean, with good crockery, a stove, a large refrigerator, a bed and a sofa. Everything you need for a relaxing stay! Отличное расположение квартиры, центр, все достопримечательности расположены близко, красивый и тихий район, рядом есть приятные кафе, магазины в шаговой доступности. Квартира удобная, чистая, есть хорошая посуда, плита, большой холодильник, кровать, диван. Все, что необходимо для отдыха!
