Brand new apartment with all utilities you will need
Positiv: Very new and super comfortable, location is perfect, easy to get around and Donau Zentrum shopping mall is in walking distance. All amenities are available, we cooked and did laundry during the stay, the fridge and freezer are huge.
Negativ: The kitchen counter is over 1 meter high, this is quite challenging for Asian ladies with 1.6 meter high. Otherwise, everything is perfect for the stay.

Positiv: Komunikacija z lastniki je bila odlicna.Tudi lokacija je bila super blizu železniške postaje s katero smo smo potovali po Dunajo.Stanovanje je novo zelo zelo cisto in moderno opremljeno z vsem kar potrebujes za bivanje.Ko bomo imeli v nacrtu da zopet obiscemo Dunaj se definitivno vrnemo.

Great place to stay in Wienna
Positiv: Zcela nový dům a byt. Vybavení nové, čisté. Kuchyně vybavena pouze základně. Ručníky k dispozici. Komunikace s majitelem byla výborná! Vše bylo naprosto bez problémů. Skvělé místo, 2 minuty chůze od zastávky metra. Všechny obchody přímo v místě (obchodní čtvrť). Brand new house and flat. Equipment was brightly new and clear. Kitchen was equipped with basic kitchen tools. Towels included. The communication with the owner was absolutely great! Everything was clear, no problem with keys. Grate place to stay. 2 minutes from the U-Bahn station. All needed shops, grocery nearby.
Negativ: Pro 3 osoby (1 dospělý a 2 děti) jsme měli k dispozici pouze 2 polštáře a 2 přikrývky - nějak jsme to jednu noc vydrželi. V noci nás trochu rušila světla z hlavní ulice, hluk nebyl postřehnutelný. Doporučuji instalovat závěsy. For 3 people - 1 adult, 2 kids there were only 2 pillows and 2 blankets. But we are used to sleep together, so it was no problem for us. Ligts from the main street were a little disturbing in the night. No noise noticed. I reccommend to install curtains - at least in the bedroom.

Ár-érték arányban jó.
Positiv: A lakás újszerű, jó elhelyezkedéssel. A berendezés modern, a fürdőszobában fürdőkád és törölköző szárító, továbbá mosógép található. A mélygarázs igazi kincs! A szállásadó kedves, kommunikatív.
Negativ: Az ágynemű kellemetlen szagú és egyik oldalon gyűrött volt. Úgy nézett ki, mintha már használták volna, találtunk is hajszálat az ágyban. A törölközők és a konyharuha kifejezetten büdösek, penész szagúak voltak. A kádkilépő bűzös volt. Szerintem ezek a hibák egyszerűen korrigálhatók. Javaslom, hogy jó illatú mosószert és szárítógépet használjanak, úgy a törölközök puhák és jó illatúak lesznek.

Negativ: Полотенца очень воняли сыростью вытираться было не возможно, так же постель тоже странно пахло

A very nice place to stay and a truly enjoyable experience.
Positiv: Since collecting the keys and entering the apartment, the entire process was seamless. The instructions provided were very clear. The apartment itself was spacious, with everything looking new and well-maintained. It was very comfortable and conveniently located with easy access to public transportation (U1 line). The host, Saif, was extremely kind and accommodating, he even provided an iron when I requested it. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
Negativ: Absolutely no complaints—everything was truly great.
