Fancy Apartment in the City Center

Positiv: Großes und helles Appartement, relativ frisch renoviert. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man kaum was von der Straße. Sehr gute Lage.

Negativ: Schiebetür zum Bad schwergängig.

Positiv: Sehr schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage, unkomplizierte Kommunikation! Da kommt man gern wieder!

Good stay but need some improvements

Positiv: The apartment was spacious. Kitchen was there with kitchenette and dishwasher. Bathroom was clean. There was a hairdryer which was helpful. Washing machine was there. Bed was ok but separate blankets. I wish we had microwave as well in kitchen. Bed was clean and towels provided were also clean. The property provided all the relevant information on time. Overall good stay but need some improvement.

Negativ: Fridge door was unstable. No soap or shampoo which is basic requirement. No AC or Fan which may be a problem in summer time. Sofa was dirty. The entrance of building is not clean and hallway of building is also dirty. The curtains could provide more privacy. There is no hook to retain the curtain from sliding all the way to the end. While sliding the curtain one of them just fall on the ground. Water kettle was dirty and something was burnt inside it.

Positiv: The apartment is large and cozy. There is everything you need: comfortable large double bed, large bathroom, oven, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer, refrigerator, induction stove. Good location. On foot to the center - about 20 min. You can also get there by subway or streetcar. Near the house there are several stores (Billa, Bipa, Hofer) and several coffee shops. Markus - wonderful host who was on call even at night and helped me by phone to get into the apartment when I checked in. When the shower broke, the host fixed the problem within 30 minutes. I would like to stay at this apartment again next time. Thank you so much!

Positiv: Everything was perfect! The place is big, well furnished, very clean and comfortable. It is close to the U4 line so it is quite fast to go to the city centre. I totally recommend!

Positiv: Makkelijk bereikbaar met U4 of tram 31. Veel ruimte, veel ramen.

Negativ: Te weinig bestek/servies waardoor je dagelijks moest afwassen/vaatwasser laten draaien. Geen snijplank, geen schaar etc.
