Private Rooms in Spacious 7-Bedroom Apartment Near Hauptbahnhof

Positiv: Everything was great, I'm defenetely using it again.

Positiv: Spacious and clean room. Provided with all essentials, good kitchen equipment, shower, washing machine, dryer, and a fan for the room!

Negativ: Hard to complain but if I had too, there is a small break in shower seal so a little bit of water leaked but was no major issue !

Predivan, moderan i iznimno udoban apartman na savršenoj lokaciji – iskustvo kojem bismo se s veseljem ponovno vratili.

Positiv: Nas boravak u ovom appartmanu bio je jedno od onih iskustava koje pozelis ponovno dozivjeti cim izades kroz vrata. apsolutno smo odusevljeni!Sve je bilo iznad nasih ocekivanja.Atmosfera u cijelom objektu je nevjerovatno mirna i ugodna,unatoc blizini centra. Lokacija je jednostavno nenadmasena, Biti nekoliko minuta hoda od Hauptbahnhofa čini putovanje izuzetno jednostavnim. Posebno želim pohvaliti domaćina: komunikacija je bila brza, jasna i izuzetno ljubazna. Odgovarali su u roku nekoliko minuta, davali korisne savjete i stvarno se vidi da im je stalo da se gost osjeća dobrodošlo.

Negativ: Iskreno, nemamo nikakvih većih zamjerki. Sve je bilo u skladu s opisom, možda čak i bolje.

Great couple of nights stay.

Positiv: The room was huge and good for 3 people. I was a solo traveler so the room was big enough for me. Location is good too. Very local and close to the main train station. Main town is like 30min walk but it’s ok as long as the weather is good. Lots of supermarket, shops and restaurants around. There’s a common kitchen too with utensils even though I did not really use it but it seemed enough to cater your needs for a few days. I think for its price for Vienna rate, was a good deal and would stay here again.

Negativ: There’s only 1 bathroom for the property although I could see they are building another bathroom. Luckily when I stayed, it wasn’t so busy and had not to wait for me to take a shower or use the toilet. A floor mat in the bathroom would be great too to avoid the floor getting muddy and wet and slippery. My room number 3 got a TV but the cable was too short to reach the plug. I asked via text if they could provide an extension cord and said they would but they did not. There’s a fan in the room and was good enough to cool me down. I don’t like the cold anyway. But I don’t know how hot it could get in the peak of summer. I stayed mid September when the weather suddenly transitioned from sunny and hot to rainy and cold all in one day. Also, a mirror in the room would be very helpful so that you don’t have to go to the bathroom just for the mirror and let other people use the bathroom to shower or use the toilet instead. Getting into the property might be a little intimidating going up the stairs in this old building but a Viennese friend of mine said that for the area, it’s pretty standard and normal for Vienna. So don’t be scared, I felt pretty safe and secured.

Positiv: 住的地方就在教堂的旁边比较安静，房间非常大，空气也很好，房东人比较好沟通，虽然说有些误会和麻烦，但是总体还是好的。

Negativ: 唯一不满的地方，就是住宿的位置非常难找，楼层不明确，没有指示牌。楼下过道的卫生虫子满天飞太多了，建议可以张贴名牌告知旅馆在哪一层？哪个门牌号，当时我问了本地人，他住在旁边的本地人，也不知道在哪里，找了很久才问到，刚好住同一家旅馆的游客，带我上去，刚开始我还不信，因为毕竟太难找，太难找了

Positiv: Комната хорошая светлая чистая.Местоположение удобное

Negativ: Общий туалет всё время занят и очень быстро загрязняется

Positiv: I appreciated how easy it was to find the place, especially since it’s conveniently close to the station. We arrived quite late, around 10 PM, so I was a bit worried about whether someone would still be available to accommodate us. Fortunately, the host responded quickly. The room was spacious enough to fit more luggage—we had three bags and still had plenty of space. It had a TV, and the bed was comfortable, giving it a hotel-like feel. Overall, it was a great value, and I’m really glad we found it last minute and were able to book while on the train heading to Vienna.

Negativ: The bathroom could use a bit of maintenance, and just a heads-up—there’s no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up to the floor.

Positiv: Las habitaciones y el baño tienen un gran tamaño, fue muy cómodo, tiene la cocina que se comparte pero no tiene tantas instrumentos para cocinar, pero al menos platos y vasos si.

Positiv: Veľká kuchyna k dispozicii, velke priestory a aj izba bola priestranna, výhlad na námestie

Negativ: nedajte sa odradiť vstupom, schodiskom. Najprv sme si neboli istí, či sme spravne, ale za kódovacími dverami sa nachádzalo prijemné teple izby. Asi sa prerábaju aj priestory, lebo na jednej kupelni chýbali dvere.

Estadía en Viena

Positiv: Relación precio calidad de lo mejor. Cumple con lo necesario y el cuarto es muy grande con cama súper cómoda!

Negativ: El edificio en sí cuenta con muy poca luz y es muy sucio
