Well appointed apartment in convenient location

Positiv: The apartment is in a very convenient location within walking distance from the Central Station and the city centre. It is well appointed with everything required for a short stay.

Positiv: A beautiful modern and clean apartment, exactly as the photos show.. An excellent location , a few minutes walk from the bus station and to the public transport links ( tram and underground) into the city centre . Plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The apartment is well equipped, good wifi, hot shower, good washing machine, situated on the 5th floor (a lift is available) we had a quiet and peaceful sleep. The hosts are very easy to communicate with and full entry instructions were provided in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for an affordable visit to Vienna.

Negativ: The only thing we disliked were the pillows, too hard and too high for our liking, but possibly other people prefer this.

Positiv: L'appartement a été très bien aménagé et décoré, conformément aux photos. Il est également très bien équipé et propose tout ce dont nous avons eu besoin. Il est très propre. Le wifi fonctionne bien. Il est bien situé à 15 minutes de la gare centrale de Vienne, proche du tram (plusieurs lignes desservant le centre-ville et le ring) et pas très éloigné de la ligne U1 du métro. Le centre-ville est également accessible à pied en marchant un peu (25 minutes). Une supérette est située à 2 minutes à pied. Il est au 5ème étage avec ascenseur et donne sur une rue calme. Les hôtes sont joignables sans difficultés et les clés accessibles, on peut arriver même tard. Un excellent rapport qualité/prix dans une ville assez chère.

Negativ: Peut-être des oreillers un peu trop gros pour certains et des couettes un peu trop petites.

Positiv: Апартаменты соответствуют описанию. Всё очень чисто и комфортно. Ключ получить в принципе оказалось очень просто, хотя по описанию похоже на небольшой квест.

Negativ: Внимательно смотрите итоговую стоимость при оплате. Тут есть нюанс со стоимостью уборки. Её не видно в исходном предложении на Booking. Это не проблема хозяев, а недоработка Booking. Но даже то, что цена оказалась выше, чем предполагалась в момент выбора, не омрачило впечатления.
