Nice flat almost in the very center of the city, good value for money

Positiv: Excellent location next to the Inner Stadt, very spacious snd cosy

Negativ: Rather worn out kitchen equipment, no microwave oven

Positiv: Fantastic stay in Vienna! The apartment was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located — close to public transport and great restaurants. Everything matched the photos, and the check-in was super easy. I especially loved how quiet it was at night. Would definitely stay here again!

Positiv: Appartamento ampio e caldo, tutto comodo e vicinissimo al pullman / bus per andare in centro. Appartamento silenzioso e possibilità nel quartiere di parcheggiare.

Negativ: Pulizia buona , ma migliorabile con lo spolvero.

Logement familial

Positiv: L'appartement était propre, spacieux et le centre de vienne accessible à pieds depuis le logement.

Negativ: La literie mériterait d'être remplacée et quelques verres supplémentaires pourraient être rajoutés.

Positiv: Posizione perfetta , bagno ampio , ambiente caldo e accogliente ,diviso perfettamente

Negativ: La pulizia del bagno ok .. ma le lenzuola e pavimento non erano perfettamente puliti , eviterei tutti quei tappeti in casa

Acogedor y cómodo

Positiv: Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable y nos resultó un apartamento muy cómodo para nuestras necesidades. Si te gusta caminar puedes ir al centro en media hora como mucho, además el palacio Belvedere está muy cerca.

Negativ: El apartamento es un poco antiguo y la cocina necesita algunas mejoras. También necesita un poco más de limpieza en general.

Makul bir daire 👍

Positiv: Yeterince geniş büyük bir daire. Evde çamaşır ve bulaşık makinası, ütü, tencere tava, çatal kaşık gibi her türlü eşya bulunuyor. İnternet gayet iyi. Klima ve asansör yok ama çok ihtiyacınız olmuyor.Tren istasyonuna Yürüme mesafesinde, çevresinde market, restaurant, cafe gibi yerler bulabileceğiniz bir konumda. Daire sahibi çabuk cevap veren yardımsever birisi 👍

Negativ: Binanın içinde ve dışında inşaat çalışması devam ediyor ( konaklamamız boyunce rahatsız edici gürültü olmadı) bina eski olduğu için mutfaktaki dösemelerin eski oluşu kirli gibi duruyor ama genel olarak temizdi. Banyo kısmında su birikmesi sorunu ve duş başlığının bozuk oluşu düzeltilmeli.
