TOP Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Sauberes & elegantes Apartment mit eigenem Parkplatz!

Positiv: Lage top, PLUS eigener Parkplatz im Innenbereich, versperrt durch Metall-Garagentor! Schlüssel in Box, dementsprechend schätzungsweise Anreise auch zu unbequemen Zeiten möglich. Gratis Wlan. Saubere Toilette und Dusche, Ausstattung sehr gut - neben Handtüchern sogar Duschgel vorhanden gewesen. Äußerst komfortables Bett, insgesamt Wohnung schön hell, alles sehr sauber, plus moderne, stylishe Einrichtung.

Negativ: Initial den Schlüssel bekommen war etwas kompliziert, aber mein Verschulden, weil ich vorher die Nachricht nicht durchgelesen hatte, und es dann etwas stressig war mit Voranmeldung und Lesen der Instruktionen. Der Gastgeber war allerdings sofort telefonisch erreichbar und hat mich dann durch das Procedere geführt (Wo Schlüsselbox zu finden ist, etc.). Garageneinfahrt ist etwas eng und erfordert Geduld, aber dafür kann der Betreiber ja auch nichts.

Positiv: Was sehr schon eingerichtet, hatte alles was es braucht und die schlüsselübergabe war echt unkompliziert.

Great appartment for visiting Vienna

Positiv: The appartment is nice and cosy, it has everything that you need for your stay. The location is good, in a quiet part of town, but well connected to the city center and Schonbrunn just a few minutes away from a bus/tram stop or metro station. The hosts are there for all your questions and will help with anything you need. We will book again for our next visit!

Positiv: Comfortable bad, good shower. Clean towels in the bathroom, Wifi, kitchen utensils. Very clean Contactless check in The administrator who arranges your stay is very helpful and kind.

Negativ: The owner is not so understanding as I had an request to extend the time of my car parked in the private parking lot only for 3hours more (instead until 11am until 2pm) and the owner wanted 10€ in addition - which is kind of expensive as there are very cheap parking garages around. This really triggered me😔

Negativ: Nothing, thus need to know is smaller appartment equiped with small kitchen thus has everything

Positiv: Заезд понятен. Есть бесплатная парковка. Чисто, кухня полностью укомплектована. Кровать удобная. Рекомендую. Будем пользоваться апартаменты и ещё. Цена - качество хорошее. Спасибо.

Negativ: Район полностью мусульманский. Я сам мусульманин. У этого есть свои минусы и свои плюсы. Вначале как-то стрёмно, опасаешься. Но все хорошо, спокойно. Из плюсов. В воскресенье работают магазины, кафе, много людей, весело. К апартаментам без претензий.

Negativ: The apartment would need a good cleaning - there was dust on the furniture, dirt on the carpet and on the floor in the bathroom. Towels had holes in them.
