Rooftop Apartment with Terrace & AC - Self Check-In

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt

Positiv: Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete, ruhige und helle Wohnung. Große nach Westen ausgerichtete Terrasse mit Nachmittagssonne. Tabs für Spül- und Waschmaschine waren vorhanden.

Negativ: Die Matratze hat schon bessere Tage gesehen

Positiv: Das Apartment liegt sehr gut, um schnell alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen, dabei vor allem sehr ruhig und hell und komfortabel mit dem Aufzug zu erreichen. Der Self-Check- In war zwar ungewohnt, aber völlig unproblematisch, die Erklärungen des Vermieters dazu (über WhatsApp) waren sehr anschaulich. Wer eine ruhige, zentral gelegene und komfortable Übernachtung in Wien sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren rundherum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Positiv: Das Appartement ist super ruhig gelegen und trotzdem in Zentrumnähe. Es gibt rundherum zahlreiche Restaurants zum Essen gehen. Die Terrasse macht einfach Lust sich ein Glas Wein einzuschenken und die Nachmittagssonne zu genießen.

Negativ: Kleinigkeiten findet man immer wenn man will, sind aber nicht erwähnenswert.

Very cosy and clean, loved my stay !

Positiv: The apartment was very clean, comfortable and cosy. I really loved the balcony and the view from it. The apartment is perfect for a couple and the owner was also really nice and informative. The apartment is very close to transport (tram, metro, bus) and food markets. I would definitely come back if I come to Vienna again

Vienna is a beautiful city, not only during the Christmas holidays

Positiv: The location of the apartment is excellent - just a few minutes' walk to the metro, 3 stops, and you're in the center of Vienna at Karlsplatz. The apartment is located on a quiet street with little traffic (one-way traffic). There are several bottles of drinks waiting for guests in the refrigerator, as well as a coffee machine and several coffee capsules. The Wi-Fi connection is quite fast. And what I liked most was the keyless access to both the entrance door and the apartment itself. The NUKI program works without any problems and is intuitive and easy to understand. And thank you to Thomas for providing comprehensive information about access, the order of residence, and quick answers to questions.

Negativ: Everything is wonderfully organized, but I have a few recommendations. As an added bonus, it would be nice to have a small supply of salt, sugar and sunflower oil - just for making breakfast once a day (there were only two jars of ground pepper). And my personal preference is that instead of beer, it would be better to leave a couple of bottles of drinking water in the refrigerator for guests.

Large, Quiet Apartment with all the Amenities

Positiv: Spacious apartment with well-equipped kitchen, large bathroom that also has a washing machine, and in a quiet location overall. Building seems secure (lots of security cameras). Terrace is pleasant, with trees and birds. Little extras like an umbrella and an iron were much appreciated. Convenient to two Metro (U-bahn) lines via Schonbrunnerstrasse and to the Meidling Bahnhof. A grocery store is very close, with other shops nearby on Meidlinger Hauptstrasse. Everything in the apartment was very clean. Usually I have to re-wash all the dishes immediately upon my arrival, but not here. WiFi was fine. TV offered abundant channels. And if you like to walk, both the Schonbrunn and Belvedere Palaces are within walking distance. There also is a wide variety of restaurants in the neighborhood.

Un apartamento perfecto para unos días de vacaciones en Viena

Positiv: Distribución de la casa perfectamente concebida. Tienes todo lo que necesitas. Limpio y muy luminoso. Buenas calidades. Anfitrión amable accedió a nuestras peticiones ya que viajábamos con un bebé. La ubicación nos gustó, está bien comunicada, es un barrio tranquilo y no excesivamente lejos a pie de sitios de interés

Negativ: Siempre hay cosas a mejorar, pero son detalles menores. Por ejemplo, el check out a las 10 am es excesivamente temprano para nosotros
