Negativ: The building is very old and scary. The entrance does not feel safe and it is difficult to find (no sign or door number)

Served Its Purpose

Positiv: My stay was generally fine, meeting basic expectations. The bathroom and kitchen were spacious and clean, and the room was comfortable. The location was convenient, with a bus stop nearby providing easy access to the city.

Negativ: The drying rack was primarily used by the owners. The hallway leading to the apartment could get quite dark at night.

Excellent property

Positiv: I do like the fact that I could be in touch with Marko via WhatsApp. Every time when I wrote him, he answered immediately. Our documents we also approved with his help via WhatsApp, not via the link in message of booking.com, it was fast. Property is located in 15 min by foot from Vienna bus station. Very comfortable location. Opposite the main entrance you will find supermarket Billa. Excellent, but be aware that on Saturday it works till 6 p m, and on Sunday it's closed. In kitchen there's everything you need: saucepan, frying pan, microwave, toaster, kettle, plates, cups, etc.

Negativ: Pay attention, that address in booking.com doesn't include a number of the building, it's show only a name of the street. When you get a message with instructions for contactless check-in, you will see the full address Stolberggasse 49, 1050 Wien, Austria. Contactless check-in was easy, but also pay attention that number of the apartment isn't shown of the door, so if you need number 3, than it's a first door on the right after you enter a main entrance.

Positiv: Very convenient and affordable stay for short time, near to the Vienna central. Recommeneded for budget travellers

Negativ: Wifi was missing , thats the only thing I can say.

Positiv: Комната полностью соответствует фото. Новая мебель, чистое постельное, полотенца. Хорошее расположение, 15 минут пешком к вокзалу.

Negativ: К сожалению, не работало отопление и было очень холодно.
