Zentrale Lage, toller Gastgeber
Positiv: Zentrale Lage, alls innerhalb kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Bei der Ausstattung wurde wirklich an alles gedacht, wir haben uns hier richtig wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war großartig, unsere Nachfragen wurden innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet, Werner war ausgesprochen gastfreundlich und um unser Wohl besorgt. Vielen Dank nochmal!
Negativ: Das Bett ist durch den Topper sehr weich, mir zu weich - aber klar, das ist persönliche Geschmackssache. Sonst gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

Positiv: Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem kleinen aber feinen Appartement. Der Gastgeber hat sich wirklich toll um alles gekümmert. Es war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. U Bahn Station ist in der Nähe und wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder..

Die beste Wahl für einen ausgezeichneten Wien-Aufenthalt
Positiv: Top Unterkunft, hervorragende Lage direkt an der U1, großzügige Ausstattung und liebevolle Dekoration, einfacher Check-in und stets beste Kommunikation mit Werner, dem sehr herzlichen und zuvorkommenden Gastgeber. Wird meine erste Anlaufstelle bleiben, wenn es mal wieder ins wunderschöne Wien geht.

Schöne Altbauwohnung in ruhiger Lage
Positiv: Die Wohnung liegt ganz günstig gelegen in der Nähe des Wiener Hauptbahnhofes, in einem ruhigen Viertel. Auch die Ausstattung war sehr reichlich. Wir hatten nichts vermisst. Insgesamt sehr nett eingerichtet und auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet.

A great city break stay
Positiv: The owner is really great and responsive to everything. The location is great as you have supermarkets, cafe's right there on the street. Also it is only a 5 min walk from the U-Bahn. The apartment looked felt a home, really cozy, friendly, clean and had everything you needed. We really appreciated the sweets that the owner left for us at check-in.
Negativ: The bathroom is a bit small and neither me or my husband are big people. The CO2 detector kept going off every night and if you were standing too close to it, it would start the alarm..

Positiv: The apartment is very well equipped, clean, cosy, well managed. We felt at ease and comfortable staying there for 2 nights.

Suitable for long trip
Positiv: Everything is excellent,apartment owner is greatly ,help us to carry big luggage’s to room on the third floor,have welcome drink and fruits in the refrigerator,perfect kitchen ware and more seasoning ,we can cook by self ,perfect room facilities .
Negativ: Room at third floor not suitable for seniors like us coz no lift in the classic building like here , key locked difficult to open

Positiv: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, cozy, and comfortable the space was. The location is very nice too, very close to public transport, which makes it easy for us to navigate in Vienna. Werner was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, both before and during our time there. One highlight was when he graciously allowed us to store our luggage after checkout time, enabling us to enjoy our last day without any hassle. This thoughtful gesture was just one of many that showcased his commitment to guest satisfaction.
