Positiv: Das Zimmer war tatsächhlich das auf dem Foto abgebildete. Es war sauber und freundlich. Überrascht waren wir einen Wasserkocher,Tassen,Gläser und Tee und Kaffee vorzufinden. Die Lage ist nicht touristisch, aber hipp .Viele Kaffes und Speiselokale.

Negativ: Warmes Wasser kam erst nach ca. 5 Min.Wasserlauf (große Verschwendung), keine Ablage im Bad und keine Heizung im Bad.

Positiv: Preis-Leistungsverhältnis was überragend. Lage war absolut annehmbar und ebenfalls als gut bis sehr gut zu werten. Hotel ist leicht und mit Taxis insbesondere aber auch mit den Öffis im Allgemeinen gut zu erreichen.

Negativ: Die Möbel waren von sehr günstiger Art und habe das Gefühl, dass diese in naher Zukunft mal auseinanderfallen werden. Die Küche ist mit einem einzigen, stumpfen Messer eher dürftig ausgestattet. Toaster / Mikrowelle würden eine sehr gute, nutzerhöhende Ergänzung sein.

Super Aufenthalt

Positiv: Neu renoviertes Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Doppelbett und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Internet ist sehr schnell und zuverlässig, perfekt zum Arbeiten. Die Lage ist perfekt mit direkter Anbindung an das Zentrum. Sauberkeit sehr gut, Gastgeber bei Fragen schnell uns unkompliziert erreichbar. Super Aufenthalt!

Perfect quality cosy and clean stay with the great location.

Positiv: Perfect place for a short stay. Paid 200€ for 4 nights and it was the best quality stay I have ever had for this kind of price

Negativ: The fact that the staff tells gou the exact adress only on the day of your arrival is insane. What if I want to know in which street I will live (everybody wants to know…). My and my girlfriend got very frightened when we couldn’t find the hotel, because on booking.com map it showed just a random Helblinggasse street which was two streets away from the exact location……who does that? At least there would be a warning or something that the real adress is always sent on the day of your arrival (you got to open the link also….). We were trying to find the location for a whole 20 minutes until I found the link with doors opening instructions and there was the adress…. Do better, don’t scare people who arrive late at night.

Positiv: Cheap, comfortable, close to public transport. The owner was quick to respond and easy to communicate with.

Negativ: The walls are paper thin.

Tiny place, but good enough if you are travelling solo.

Positiv: It's a tiny place, but good enough for the price. Really close to a tram stop, easy to connect, supermarkets nearby as well. Having a bathtub, even a small one is a big plus! specially after walking outside all day! Instructions are clear, and the staff is friendly (at least by messages, cause you never see them).

Negativ: It was a bit too warm, but it was snowing outside, so I won't complain. A bit noisy, they should put the people alone to one side, and the groups to the other. All was perfect till I got very noisy neighbors, but again that's not really their fault.

Negativ: I asked about the possibility of gaining access to the room earlier if its ready on the day, was sent a link to pay an extra 30 euros for a slightly earlier time.. which also didn't actually work and was ignored after I said this. But since everything else was perfectly okay, so not such a big deal.
